Shoutout to Mr. Rick for his kindness and helpfulness and awesome service. He is the best.
I was turned down by another O’Rilley in the area and AutoZone with one saying they don’t do it for my car and another saying it’s too cold.
I was losing my hope thinking I am going to be stranded with a dead battery on my way home and again call roadside assistance.
Mr. Rick was so sweet. He changed my battery despite my car hood literally being stuck due to frozen ice snow and outside temperatures 15F and even filled my windshield liquid.

I usually replace my own car battery, but with recent surgery, not able to do so on my own. In bitter cold weather, Rick, efficiently replaced my battery while I waited. The battery price was very good and so the overall experience was excellent. Thank you Rick and O'Reilly's for the outstanding customer experience.

4 stars only because I had to go back for different brake pads. Computer said they were correct. It's not the employees' fault. They were great! Linda worked magic and was very subtly superkind. She gets 5 stars. And her coworker does also. Practical. Made me feel like there was no one in line behind me waiting. Their attention remained focused on my issue, without making me feel hurried or insignificant. That is a craft. They both do it well. I drive past an O'Reillys, only 0.5 miles from my house just to go to this one. When excellence in customer service is genuinely experienced, one feels like they have found the lost treasures of recent generations. I will use this place as any automotive or related need arises. So should you.

"Rick" at the Ford Rd location is a FIVE STAR human!!! Most helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! Looking forward to the next time my engine light goes on so I can stop in at O'Reilly's again. Just kidding, but if it does happen, I have a place to go that I trust. Great staff,very helpful with many questions. When a few items did not fit my vehicle I was able to return and purchase the right size for my vehicle. I would say please do try this location!!!

The fat bald guy with a beard is rude and unpleasant every time I come in. I came in today while he was vacuuming and he saw me and he continued to vaccum for 5 minutes before he acknowledge me at the register. Anytime I come in with a question or assistance he refuses to help. I will not buy any more parts or do any business here until that guy is gone

Rick and Linda are awesome! So helpful trying to get my rear wiper fixed. They tore open lots of packaging to find the solution... When they couldn't, they ordered more parts to be delivered the next day. Thank you!
