Pearle Vision in Canton provides professional and friendly eye exams with excellent service. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and super nice, offering great customer service throughout the entire process. They explain every step clearly and provide personal attention. The doctors are kind, take their time, and explain the health of your eyes. The eye glass specialists are very sweet and helpful, listening to concerns and offering great feedback. The building is very nice. Appointments are efficient, often allowing patients to be in and out quickly. They work with major insurance plans, including EyeMed, VSP, and UnitedHealthcare, and can offer significant savings. The practice is known for being reasonably priced and provides genuine eye care with state-of-the-art lenses and designer frames.
Experience with the front reception was great and with the doctor was fabulous but the person I met last who asked me to pay stood half way between her desk and me and just looked at me and nodded you follow me. Love this place! I switched from a couple different vision shops before coming to Pearle as SVS and Visionworks were not very good. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. Danielle is amazing!
