I was greeted when I walked in to pick up my online order. As I waited in line, the cashier carried on pleasant conversation with the customer in front of me as she rang up her purchase. She was also friendly with me, and after quickly retrieving my products, I was out the door in less than five minutes. I always receive service with a smile at the Canton location, whether it's an in store shopping trip or online pickup, and that coupled with the Treats Rewards program and Rakuten cash back, I return time and again.

I went to buy a cone of shame for my dog wasn't sure on the right size. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Look forward to being a regular customer. My dog loves getting a bath here instead of at home.
