Pheasant Run Golf Club offers a challenging course with a variety of greens protected by water hazards and bunkers. The course layout is enjoyable, featuring great holes in all directions, and the grounds are generally well maintained with clean tee boxes. However, the course conditions can be inconsistent, especially after recent rains, with fairways turning into marshland and bunkers filling with water, likely due to clay soil. Greens tend to roll well but are not always in perfect condition. The course is conveniently located in suburbia, making it easily accessible, but some find it unremarkable and lacking in scenic views. Amenities such as GPS on carts and beverage carts are absent, and some tee boxes are hacked up. The staff are friendly, and pace of play is efficient, though experiences with course staff vary. Pricing is around $65 to $80, which some feel is high for the amenities offered. Overall, Pheasant Run is a decent course with a good layout but may not satisfy those seeking premium conditions or scenic scenery.
Staff people are great the golf course is in great condition for this time of year.

Great round today with my buddy Erik. Windy as hell, but enough sun and heat today that made things feel comfortable. Some tee boxes were in need of work, otherwise starting to look good for the upcoming season.
