Today I had to go inside of the bank to get a voided check for my new job and I was simply amazed. I have never felt so welcomed by a business. The two young woman at the front desk were so pleasant. Kind, caring, smiles for days, extremely approachable which is important to me. They were able to listen to my needs and directed me to the most amazing branch banker I have ever met in my life Tiffiney Weathersby was the kindest and sweetest person I have ever met. She helped me get the documents I needed in a flash. I was telling her I had started a new job and she inquired if I had a 401k in which I do that I have yet to do anything with and she recommended I come in and sit down and review my options. I jumped on that because I need direction. She also mentioned some of the cards they offer and the perks that come along with them. No pressure at all just a genuine human sharing her knowledge. To me knowledge is power so I applaud her for that. All in all I never write reviews and I just felt it in my heart to give this woman Tiffiney a glance at how much she can impact someone’s day. She truly made my day and better yet she even gave me a hug. She was just so awesome and deserves to be recognized! Thank you for the great experience Tiffiney Weathersby and PNC bank :)

Very slow service in the drive-through recently. Slow enough to just make you leave without being served.

I have been banking here for few years, their service is always slow. It takes over 10 mins to deposit a check, only two people working in rush hours. I asked to get more help but guy name Zack said no body is available “that’s what it is” but the person who seats to welcome there do nothing, he or she could get up when there are 5 people inline and 2 for drive through

Terrible experience with a man with a ponytail, he was rude and refused to serve us even thought we have been there for years without a single problem. I suggest everyone avoids this guy as he rude and doesnt listen at all

I will give zero stars. My wife need to close her account, a lady stopped her asking for passport, even though she showed her license. It was very disrespectful. Next day, another gentleman did helped her close the account with nothing. Some people working had no clue what they're doing.

We have been banking here for 29 years. We pulled out one family business for lack of satisfaction. Pulled our other business because they keep closing locations and it was to far to drive to drop off deposits Then today I went to cash a check. Laureen told me I only have one account and I wasn’t a signer on the account. I came into the bank and she still refused to cash my check acting like I was stealing money saying I wasn’t a signer on account I’ve used for 30 years. Called customer support and they said I absolutely was. They tried calling this location and they wouldn’t answer the phone.

DO NOT GET PNC IT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST BANK IN AMERICA !!! NOT SECURE,STEALS YOUR MONEY WITH “OVERDRAFT FEES” AND DONT EVEN GET DIRECT DEPOSIT TWO DAYS EARLIER ITS NOT WORTH IT !!!!

We try to avoid this location even though we live right by them. They aren’t very friendly and they’ve seemed short staffed for the last 5 years.
