Great experience so far! Sydnie and Karen were kind and accommodating when I initially had questions about the unit size I was interested in. I'm a visual person and they allowed me to see a unit to help me make me decision, which felt supportive.
I admit that at first I was hesitant to use the app but decided to give it a try. I've had to do several trips and truly appreciate the ease and efficiency of using the app. No problems accessing my unit, with the lock provided, or moving my items in on multiple days.
Moving can be stressful but using Public Storage has been a smooth process for me overall. I feel confident that I could reach out with any questions or concerns if needed. The employees have been communicative, informative, and helpful. Thank you!

Needed a storage unit close to the new location I was moving to, the distance is perfect. Was very easy to work with the staff (Karen) and even informed me that my own renter's insurance should cover the unit, which is great news. Haven't had any issues with the unit or moving stuff in and don't forsee issues as the app helps with the essentials like paying my bill and accessing my unit with property codes and Bluetooth connection to gate controls. Simple and hassle free.

I advise to look into getting a unit when they have deals/discounts and also shop different locations. At one location I was quoted almost double what Iβm paying a month. Itβs a clean facility, gated, and camera monitored so it feels safe. Great value for storage and the app has a button to open the entrance and exit gate. I was told that the price could change in a few months so, I will update as needed.

Absolutely horrible place. They will not work with you what so ever. Especially after jacking up their price from 100.00 a month to 160.00 a month. They would rather pawn off your storage unit then work with you. Go somewhere else

I lost my home after 15 years on the land contract at 15 days to be out my home. And I choose public storage because I had seen the reviews. October 15th 2024 untill April 18th my whole life is being put up for auction. I've always had a problem with this storage every time I will go to try to pay my bill in person no one would be there I would have to sit and wait call and call. I live in Ypsilanti and used to have to pay a ride to come to pay my bill. In December I had a situation with one of your employees that disrespected me over the phone and hung up on me she called me back and apologize so I did not call her supervisor. I feel that I was treated unfairly and then I'm losing all of my belongings this is really hurtful and really truly sad that I did not have a great experience at all with public storage a few times the young lady argued with me saying that she was only riding around to check things out but that was not the case she pulled up with a guy in the car and then open the door I was able to pay my bill. Other occasions that I went I would not be able to get in to pay my bill because I pay with cash.. and also I had all my paperwork birth certificate step certificates and all of my pictures from when my mother passed truly things that were very sentimental to me. I had called several times I would never get an answer at public storage just as of yesterday I called from 9:00 in the morning until 12:00 afternoon a supervisor to call me no one ever returned my call this was devastating and I will not ever come to public storage again in my life and I will and all of my family and friends know how I was treated and I lost everything that I owned this is not fair you guys need to come up with a different situation it is a hardship out here. And for no one to ever be in the office all my experience from October 15 2024 April 18th 2025. I felt that the company should have at least gave me another chance because I did have half of the money to pay but I could not come up with the rest I want to go pay the bill no one's never in the office hurt I am very angry with this company π€¬

Removing the onsite employees removes the much needed customer service. I had to call the branch to inquire about a move out and they got back to me 2-3 days after. Shame it cost me another month of payments if they had someone to respond quicker.
