This is the only place our family trusts to work on our vehicles. Check-in is quick and easy with friendly, knowledgeable employees. You are given a time estimate on when your vehicle should be ready and in my experience, they always finish the work faster than expected. Check-out is also quick and easy. Their waiting room is large, clean, full of large windows, and lots of comfortable seating. Their mechanics seem dedicated to providing excellent service and informing you of anything that may need attention in the future. I highly recommend Quick Lane Tire & Auto on Canton Center Road in Canton, MI.

Ethan at the front counter helped me get a new set of tires for the Challenger. The guys in the back did a great job and my rims were taken care of without a single scratch.
I had a nail right in the shoulder of a tire and Scotty and Ethan ordered me 2 new Pirellis right on the phone and got me an appointment later that day. You just can’t beat that, can you?
Come here next time you have a bad day with a tire or a mechanical issue. It sucks when it happens, but great service makes all the difference .
Thanks Ethan, thanks Scottie!

I wanted to commend the professionalism and customer service skills of Scott, the store manager. He was the individual with whom I interacted when I brought my car in for an oil change. He was extremely engaging and personable when he checked me in, and he was very thorough as he reviewed of the results of the car inspection after the service. When I got my car home, I noticed some leaking under the car, and called the store. After asking me a series of questions, it seemed as though it might just be the result of the air conditioner. However, he wanted to make sure, so he drove to my house after work to check out my car! It did turn out just to be the air conditioner, but I was so impressed with Scott’s professionalism and follow up. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues with my car. Thank you, Scott—you are definitely an asset to the company!

So we take my 2021 Ranger here for an oil change on a Tuesday at 1 pm. No cars in any stalls(!!), no customers in the waiting area. When we asked how long it would take to get an oil change, we were told three hours. When we ask them why so long when it looks empty in here, The service person at the desk told us that all the technicians were at lunch and could not do anything till they returned.
Does it make any sense that every technician would be going to lunch at the same time when people might actually have to come in to get an oil change or a tire change or some simple service during their own lunch hour?? I don’t know what’s going on with these businesses. It’s absolutely absurd.
We said we could go to the Ford dealer in Monroe, mi and drive up, no appointment, and be on our way with an hour. The desk tech said “Maybe you need to have it done in Monroe then.” I am not kidding. Never again. Not the first time for a runaround here, but we will never come back to give them another chance

Made an appointment for 10 am to get my tire repaired from a nail. I got there at 10 am and sat in the waiting room for an hour just for the guy to come out and tell me we can’t repair your tire since it was manufactured over 6 years ago… the tire tread is at 90% I bought the set used and told him that the tire is in great condition I just waited an hour for you to come out and tell me this? What a waste of time. Maybe next time start with telling me this when I walk in. I went to Belle tire across the street and they patched me up, got me in and out within 30 minutes (FOR FREE). Night and day difference in customer service and professionalism. Dont waste your time going here.

As a woman felt comfortable with this place. The welcome was fantastic. I had a young woman working on my car and she was very detailed in checking my tires. She found a nail in one of my tires - fixed putting a patch. Highly recommend this place. June 22, 2024

Quick fast service but absurdly expensive compared to the competition.

My experience at Quick Lane Tire and Auto was disappointing, to say the least. I purchased a tire from them, along with insurance, and was assured that retrieving my insurance details would be a breeze with just my phone number. However, when I recently needed to access my insurance information, I hit a roadblock. Despite their initial promises, Quick Lane was unable to locate my invoice from June 2022, and shockingly, they claimed to have no record of my insurance in their system. To add insult to injury, they demanded proof from two years ago.
This inconsistency and lack of accountability left me feeling frustrated and questioning the integrity of their service. It's disheartening to encounter such hurdles, especially after being assured of a seamless process at the time of purchase.
Overall, my experience with Quick Lane Tire and Auto fell far short of expectations. I would caution others to approach their services with caution and perhaps explore alternative options that prioritize transparency and reliability.

I do not write a lot of reviews on google but for this one I just have to!I have been a returning customer at quick lane for the last couple years but that changes today. They replaced the spark plugs of my 2015 Sonata at 86k miles and after 12k miles, I was experiencing pretty noticeable vibration at idle and while driving- my first guess was misfire although it is very unlikely for spark plugs to go bad at 12k miles. I take it to quick lane and they take a look at the DTC reading and guess what, they caught misfire at cyl 2. They replaced the plug at 2 and that took care of the issue but charged me for labor which I cannot wrap my mind around. The front guy was guilt tripping me saying the tech won't get paid unless I paid $100. In my opinion, they could have still paid the tech without charging me and take the loss, cost of doing business! That's what a good company would have done. it's crazy how they guilt tripped me! And I know it's probaly true that they would not have paid the tech if I didn't, but that's beyond crazy how things work out! And at the end of the day, it's the management's responsibility to cover the costs!!It's crazy how i had to pay for a spark plug that they changed only 10k miles ago and they wouldn't take the responsibility for it! I am definitely going back to doing service work at smaller garages because my experience with smaller garages is much better and they value the loyalty of their customers! Bye bye, quick lane, you just lost a returning customer today!
