Bad experience with RJ, the manager. My Lincoln went through 9-9-25. While drying noticed scratch marks coming down the roof starting with the 2nd sunroof down. Spoke to worker he took a damage report, pictures and going to forward to RJ. I had to call him back several days later and we discussed back and forth. We met last time 9-15 and he showed me a video to try to confirm no fault. His video was dated 9-4 (wrong date) and my car came into car wash and video died. It would not escalate forward to prove his case. Then he denied me. I asked him for a photo of the last brush where apparently the damage happened. He said he would send to me, never did. I asked to take a picture of the last brush and he escorted me out. I did obtain my video of the incorrect videos he showed me with wrong dates and times. He immediately cancelled my monthly membership. I asked him by text immediately to send report and my photos to the owner of the company, and seems like he never did. Very poor management and I felt like the criminal. In closing I took my vehicle to the Lincoln body shop and it was confirmed 150% that the damage came from a car wash, scratches were very fresh, and they repaired it. I had a long standing with this location.

Lance was great. Caught me on my way out and had me go through again, training his staff with attention to my wheel wells. (I live on a dirt road and my expectations aren't that high) Great customer service!

I like the wash but it closes way too early. It’s 7pm on Sunday and it’s 65 out and I can’t clean my car. Will switch to another place.

This car wash is one of the best I have been to in ages. Very friendly staff and owner. I have a monthly membership and I love it. They have clean towels to dry the vehicles, vacuum, and air to blow dust. I enjoy going to this car wash. I also use the Plymouth location which is great as well. Thanks for great customer service !!

Love love love this place. First class place and people. Staff even makes you feel special. A special credit to John. They will come out and even hose off your WeatherTech mats. Just ask them and they are happy to oblige with anything you need. Love the customer service.

The convenience of the location is great. The staff is doing alright as well. And it's a bonus to have the vacuums. But I have an issue with the efficiency of the role that the people who spray down the car have. They do not adequately spray down the tires prior to the car rolling into the wash. I'd rather there be a way for staff to properly and fully wash the tires before going into the car wash. My rims and tires still drip with dirt after coming out of the wash. Please do better Quick Pass. Quick Pass shouldn't mean that you pass over my car quickly with soapy water.

Hello I usually dont write reviews but I felt like this one was needed. My boyfriend went through the car wash today and the guy did not tell him the sunroof was open. He will take some responsibility but the guy spraying the car clearly seen that his sunroof was open. His car is now drenched we spent hours drying to recover the damage caused by the water. The employee in question is the kid with the little cross on his arm. My boyfriend has been a very loyal customer since they opened on Michigan ave.we will be taking our business else where. We wouldn’t be that mad but considering the fact that he has a luxury sports car it’s heartbreaking that a simple reminder to close the CLEARLY open sunroof was missed. (He couldn’t tell from the inside of the car bc the inside cover was closed).

RJ did a 10/10 job he took the time to help me get all the zap from a tree off the hood of my truck and scrubbed it off with me. Would highly recommend coming to get your car washed here whenever you need to. I will be back!
