I called to see if I could get a tire fixed same day and was told no, you must make an appointment and they don’t do same day appointments, but they do take walk-ins. That’s what I was asking! Not sure who/where I was actually talking to when I was transferred. So, I went up as a walk-in and apparently they left a few hours early! Customer service?

A Lesson in Frustration and Inefficiency at Sam's Club Auto ServicesAs a weary traveler in the land of auto maintenance, I recently found myself at the gates of Sam's Club Auto Services, lured by the promise of free tire repair—a beacon of hope in an often costly journey. Alas, my experience was far from the swift and efficient service one might expect in such an esteemed establishment.Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a service desk representative who estimated a mere 30 minutes for my tire to be assessed. Yet, as time marched on, this estimation proved to be a mere illusion. An hour and a half ticked by with no update, no word on whether my tire was even being looked at, let alone repaired. The lack of communication was akin to wandering in a fog, unsure if the path would ever clear.While the promise of free tire repair shines bright in this realm, it is overshadowed by the abysmal time management and customer service. The wait time ballooned to thrice the original estimate without so much as a whisper of explanation. It's an exercise in patience, testing the limits of one’s endurance as one sits on the hard, unforgiving benches that populate the waiting area.The physical realm of the service center, while clean, does little to comfort the waiting souls. The seating is akin to the stone benches of old, offering no respite during the seemingly endless wait. This, coupled with the expectation to juggle multiple vehicles for a simple service, adds to the mounting frustration.In my humble opinion, Sam's Club stands at a crossroads. They must either invest wholeheartedly in their auto service domain, embracing modernity with realistic timelines, better communication, and efficient service, or forsake this path altogether. The potential for a seamless customer experience is vast, with possibilities like real-time mechanic updates and improved customer interaction.In its current state, Sam's Club Auto Services is a realm of unmet promises and inefficiency, where time seems to stand still and frustration reigns. I bestow upon this establishment a single star out of five, a reflection of my dismay and a call to action for much-needed change.

Many thanks to the incredible bakery staff !!!! My granddaughter had a college graduation party and I ordered 120 cupcakes at my Canton Michigan location. Not only were the cupcakes done on time, they were delicious !!!!!! I ordered 5 different decorations on the graduate cupcakes and these awesome people did a GREAT job !!!! Many thanks. I will recommend this store and bakery anytime !!!!

I had such a bad experience on Saturday March 25 at around 6 PM after paying my groceries on the self checkout I stopped by the Customer Service desk to pay my Bill( card membership) the lady on the desk was very helpful but said she can't help me because she had a line and that I need to stop by cashier to pay it... It didn't make sense to stop all the way on the line to pay my bill.I asked another one as there was a big line if I really need to wait to pay my bill?!She replied yes and because it was my only day I can stop by I accepted and waited on the line.5 minutes later there was another person who had the same issue but they didn't make her wait on the line they opened a cashier for her!!!! That's very bad while you were waiting I came before her but she was helped first what kind of service is that ?!I asked the person if there is a reason to make me wait to pay the bill while someone else came after me and was helped and treated differently.She was very rude and unprofessional she said I don't have an explanation she didn't even apologize for this wrong behavior because if she was to open a cashier she could help me when I first asked she made me wait on the big line while I paid already for my groceries while other people were treated differently?!!Such a bad experience at Sams canton I asked to speak to a manager she said I am the manager.That's so bad that a Manager acts in such unprofessional way.I felt mistreated and discriminated from who called herself a manager.She left me while I was talking to her !!!!!!! very bad experience at Sams club canton

Purchased a Golden corral gift card for $39.99 went to Golden corral they said it had no value went back to Sam's and talked to three different people behind the counter the last Lady convinced me that they would put the money back on the card take 3 to 5 days wait it over a month to get a response from the card company they said that the card had never been activated and go back to Sam's I went back to Sam's and they started the same procedure over again they've got to verify it I showed him the email it was the same manager you know for $40. I'll write it off this is nothing but thievery I would never go back to that place worst customer service I've ever seen unless they're saying I'm a thief and a liar don't waste your time at that store many more better choices to be made

i went there to day to use the cafe i waited for a good 3 mins first in line whille the fat girl behind the counter was writing her love letter never said s*** to me.kristen (cafe) looked right at me didnt say shit.the fat girl didnt take my order untill i said something .i dont want to hear any of that funny sams club bullhittry.these club employee are so inpet it aint funny

I came to set up a business account with my EIN and the associate set it under my personal credit rather than my business account . Can he associate acted like she knew what she was doing . I been trying to call the store for the last 2 hours now eating for someone to answer?

This club used to be excellent. Now the selections aren’t there. Food not out when it is club prepared foods (Street Tacos, Rotisserie Chickens, Club made Pizza). Butcher cut meats never stocked well. Bakery items are hit and miss as far as on shelf stock. And the store manager..she doesn’t have a clue in the world on “Her Stores” actual stock levels or foot traffic. Compares her store to a much busier nearby store saying “She’s busier”. Ummmm…no as I visit both clubs. The Membership isn’t worth the money anymore. Costco has less expensive items that are better quality and in house made. Long wait to exit even using “Self Scan”.

I ordered $100 worth of merchandise at Sam'sclub.com. The merchandise was delivered to the wrong house. Going by the picture it was my neighbors that I don't get along with to well. They said they didn't get them. When I did an online chat the representative said you have to go to the store location to inquire about the order. I paid an extra $12 for a delivery fee that was so I didn't have to go to the store. So I went to the bbb website and got the number to contact them. They said I had to call 1800Walmart. When I called 1800Walmart they put me on hold then hung up on me. Then I called again and they told me they would get back with me later. Seriously they sent my stuff somewhere other than where it was supposed to go. What is their problem they act as though I was the one that caused the problem.
