i went in to this club today to use the cafe and phurchase 6 hundred bucks worth of goods ,only to find out the soda machines have been down(i swear half the time the soda machines down)form what i have been told members have been having fitts over the soda machine being as much as they have been down.so needless they watched 600 bucks walk out the door so no money spent in club.i will be considering joing bjs wholesale club when my memebership is up in sept,unless things change in that time.

Many thanks to the incredible bakery staff !!!! My granddaughter had a college graduation party and I ordered 120 cupcakes at my Canton Michigan location. Not only were the cupcakes done on time, they were delicious !!!!!! I ordered 5 different decorations on the graduate cupcakes and these awesome people did a GREAT job !!!! Many thanks. I will recommend this store and bakery anytime !!!!

I had such a bad experience on Saturday March 25 at around 6 PM after paying my groceries on the self checkout I stopped by the Customer Service desk to pay my Bill( card membership) the lady on the desk was very helpful but said she can't help me because she had a line and that I need to stop by cashier to pay it... It didn't make sense to stop all the way on the line to pay my bill.I asked another one as there was a big line if I really need to wait to pay my bill?!She replied yes and because it was my only day I can stop by I accepted and waited on the line.5 minutes later there was another person who had the same issue but they didn't make her wait on the line they opened a cashier for her!!!! That's very bad while you were waiting I came before her but she was helped first what kind of service is that ?!I asked the person if there is a reason to make me wait to pay the bill while someone else came after me and was helped and treated differently.She was very rude and unprofessional she said I don't have an explanation she didn't even apologize for this wrong behavior because if she was to open a cashier she could help me when I first asked she made me wait on the big line while I paid already for my groceries while other people were treated differently?!!Such a bad experience at Sams canton I asked to speak to a manager she said I am the manager.That's so bad that a Manager acts in such unprofessional way.I felt mistreated and discriminated from who called herself a manager.She left me while I was talking to her !!!!!!! very bad experience at Sams club canton

Purchased a Golden corral gift card for $39.99 went to Golden corral they said it had no value went back to Sam's and talked to three different people behind the counter the last Lady convinced me that they would put the money back on the card take 3 to 5 days wait it over a month to get a response from the card company they said that the card had never been activated and go back to Sam's I went back to Sam's and they started the same procedure over again they've got to verify it I showed him the email it was the same manager you know for $40. I'll write it off this is nothing but thievery I would never go back to that place worst customer service I've ever seen unless they're saying I'm a thief and a liar don't waste your time at that store many more better choices to be made

I ordered $100 worth of merchandise at Sam'sclub.com. The merchandise was delivered to the wrong house. Going by the picture it was my neighbors that I don't get along with to well. They said they didn't get them. When I did an online chat the representative said you have to go to the store location to inquire about the order. I paid an extra $12 for a delivery fee that was so I didn't have to go to the store. So I went to the bbb website and got the number to contact them. They said I had to call 1800Walmart. When I called 1800Walmart they put me on hold then hung up on me. Then I called again and they told me they would get back with me later. Seriously they sent my stuff somewhere other than where it was supposed to go. What is their problem they act as though I was the one that caused the problem.

Went in for a spontaneous trip to look at outdoor patio furniture on a Saturday. The store was very busy yet Shannon took the time to help us look up a particular model which typically sells out instantly as soon as it's in stock. 30 minutes later, Shannon was helping us coordinate taking the store model. She represents what customer service should be, going above and beyond to help us secure the outdoor furniture. Thanks Shannon! We would love to have you over to play beer pong on our new outdoor table.

Worst foot job I've ever received, I insisted I just wanted a loaf of pepper jack cheese but they tempted me with their hemp oils and interesting looking masseuses. I didn't even blink an eye, I was so violated. 10/10 would not recommend but the half eaten cheeseburger by the frozen foods section was a delightful sight.

This quite possibly be the worst sams club in the company, very few cashiers usually two, quite often 1, employees most unfriendly, the store has many out of stocks, I quit going to canton sams after numerous talks with management, they are simply inept, I now shop at the novi sams or the ypsilanti sams, although both have numerous out of stocks, at least they are clean, friendly, and have customer service........I would hope sams would improve but it sure doesn't look like it........

So I drove all the way to find out they are online only. Curbside pickup. This was over a week ago. I couldnt even go in to resolve the fact my Sam's club card was invalid. I should have known there would be a problem. She had to do everything twice while registering for a membership. So I try to register online. Invalid card number. I went online to start online chat. 176 people ahead of me. Finally Carlos got on the line, asked how he could help and my chat was immediately dropped. I have to say there are some really smart people working for Sam's club. I will take my business to Meijer. Sam's club has been a waste of time for me.

The staff is not pleasant. Curbside pick up is unorganized and has no real rhyme or reason. It does not make sense to have scheduled pick up times and then overbook the slots. Literally over 30 cars waiting for a 1 hour block with short staffing. If you go: pack your patience with nothing to do afterwards. I scheduled 6-7pm pick up and after waiting 30 mins with 2 cars being helped with over 30 ahead of me I left. I have no problem waiting but it should be realistic. Kroger pick up has always been seamless and within the window assigned. Limit the number of people that are allowed to obtain a slot. My first visit to this location in life and I won't be back besides another attempt to pick up my groceries tomorrow with a good book to read. Customer service staff also does not answer the phone close to closing tome. I literally had a question to ask the manager regarding process and I was blown off outside.

If I could rate it a zero I would This whole club pick up only is new online within the past couple of hours.nowhere on the website during the day of the 8th showed that your only option for shopping was a pickup option only. I am a Sam's club business member and also a postal employee I went into the Sam's canton store to try and buy Lysol and they told me I couldn't shop and the store was closed this was about 4 pm 4/8/20..they then told me I had to place my order online..prior to me driving all the way to canton I tried to place the order online. It said in store only and not available online..so I took a extended lunch to drive all the way to canton still had my postal uniform on thinking that they may show me some favor since I am at work in uniform and let me buy 1 pack of Lysol..since I did get in the store like really I work with thousands of people daily..I'm in a category of essential workers..Nowhere online said the store was closed for business and online only..if I would have known I would have been treated so bad and told to order online although I was unable to order online and I asked for help and was refused..I wouldn't have wasted my time driving there it makes me never want to return

Got to love the return policy people. I tell you thought when I go to do a return sometimes it takes a super long time. Hot Pretzels are good. I like me some hot pretzels.

I definitely prefer this location over the Carpenter Road location. Sams Club always has good deals going on. We love going here for our cat litter, laundry detergent, diapers and more. Their store brand products work great. Staff is usually helpful when we need it, not that we need it very often. Sometimes the clothes are pretty messy but people just toss through them. I'm sure it's hard to keep up with keeping things organized.

This place is terrible. I was just in there today and it was all a mess. I needed help locating a product that showed in stock via the Sam's club app. Finding an employee is nearly impossible. But get this, I was able to finally locate a woman who gave me the old "if it's not on the shelf, it's not in stock". I made sure to reiterate that it did show up as in stock through the app. She then said she was helping two other people. No problem, I'll wait! She pages another employee to help her with whatever she was looking for. After about 15 mins of waiting (which is a lifetime for a 8+ month pregnant woman), this person walks right past me. Says NOTHING. So I say forget it and my husband and I proceed to check out. We find this woman there speaking on assigning breaks etc to the cashier. Come to find out, this is the SUPERVISOR. I realized there simply is no point in engaging her. We leave. And I promise never to renew my membership. Back to Costco!

I've been a Sam's Club member at Canton since 2013. This location has gone downhill in the last few years. Oftentimes when I go there, their carts are never waiting in the stalls. Yet when I ask about why the staff isn't stocking the carts, I get a response of, "We're really busy" which isn't a good excuse when I pay $80.00 per year as a Plus Member ($45.00/year for regular membership). I PAY good money to shop there, yet many of the staff (not all) have lazy, bad attitudes. Staff isn't very helpful, and there's never enough lanes open at checkout, so you end up waiting between 10-20 minutes in line! My membership is up for renewal in December 2019, but I'll be getting a Costco membership instead which is a lot farther away but has way better customer service, shorter wait lines at checkout, and carts are always available. The reason I know about Costco is because my mother-in-law has a Costco membership, so I've gone with her to Costco several times. Sam's Club does offer great deals but it's at the cost of your time spent there with frustration!
