Dan was exceptional. Explained the types of paint that were ideal for my project, suggested the right tools, and had experience with one of the colors I chose (and reassured me about the color choice.) When I was ready to leave, he carried the paint and supplies to my car! I didn't expect that so it was a refreshing surprise. Now THAT is a high level of customer service! Way to go, Dan! Way to go, Sherwin-Williams for hiring him.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had limited information about what I needed for paint and supplies and they easily helped me find what I need. The person at the counter, Eian, was very friendly and helpful and met my needs well.

Had a great experience and recieved an awesome product. I like sherwin a lot more than the home depot behr or other brands.Staff is great here and very helpful. But can I get notifications when Jeffery works haha I was 3rd in line and while listening he used his high level of knowledge to help about 3 customers at a time. The crazy part is that he didn't seemed rushed while showing a high level of professionalism and patience. I have no doubt that the team here would guide me to the right product, especially Jeffery.Thank again

We’ve been in the process of repainting our house and have been back and forth to this sherwin williams location several times. Most employees are very pleasant and helpful. However, we have interacted with an employee named Ian several times just in this past week and he has been an absolute pain. He constantly has an attitude and has never put effort into helping us. When we ask him questions he makes it seem like we’re bothering or inconveniencing him. Today was the worst of all days. We were in a squeeze for time and tried to call ahead to order samples on our way to the store (which we’ve had no problems doing in the past). Ian answered the phone and refused to take orders for them over the phone. So we proceeded to the store and made it in with time to spare before closing. He proceeded to take calls and let the customer in front of us ramble until closing time. Then as soon as we got up to the counter he said the store computer shut down at exactly 4pm and he could not do anymore transactions. Absolutely infuriating. He let us stand there for no reason. Of the 20+ years of using sherwin williams, this time dealing with Ian has been the absolute worst.

We went to buy some paint. Walked in, no one but 2 employees were there. They neither one acknowledged us, ask if they could help us, nothing. We picked out the color and still no help, they were visiting with each other . As we walked out, still not a word said to us. Went to Lowe's for Sherwin Williams paint.

I would like to commend the staff at the Sherwin-Williams, Ford Rd., Canton store.What I call the triple threat! My first visit I worked with Ryan the manager and he went above and beyond and assisted me with all of my questions regarding paint selection. He encouraged me to come back for anything else I needed.My second visit and I was a little more desperate! Painters were coming and I still hadn’t decided on a color. Jason, a newer employee assisted me and was so helpful and patient. Jason’s shift was ending and Chris stepped in and put the icing on the cake! He listened to me and honed in on what I was really looking for in a color. He looked at my fabric samples and had a great eye. I was impressed with his genuine desire to help. Ultimately I made the color choice but his input really helped! It’s been a few days since the painters finished. We are beyond satisfied with the SW paint performance and the color we chose.I would highly recommend this SW location and thank you Ryan, Jason and Chris for the outstanding service.

Muraad was extremely helpful with my custom color match and product switch due to supply chain issues. He was friendly, informative, and had me in and out quickly after seeing I was struggling with my decision. I had previously walked out of the other Canton store on Ford Rd due to an opposite experience with the same issue earlier that day. I also heard the female employee at the Michigan Ave location offer to go above and beyond for the people she was helping. Great customer service here. Thank you!

Awesome customer service. The rep that helped me today was very patient and took a lot of time to tweak the paint I bought several weeks earlier. He also mixed another can for me for free just in case the old can didn't match. Will always shop at this location. Great store.
