Horrible customer service
Rude employees
Unprofessional rude manager who clearly has zero experience when it comes to customer service
All 3 staff members that were there need to be properly trained

I live in the area and I’ve been coming here for a few years now due to the location it’s most convenient but the customer service has always been lousy and lately it’s been bad enough for me to leave this review this location NEEDS to do something about customer service.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. I am not from that area. We stopped to grab some snacks and I saw a couple little toys for my grandkids. I also wanted to buy some lottery tickets. The cashier he said his name was Ryan was the nastiest , rudest person I have seen working in a customer service position before. He rang up the 2 toys & the 5 pies and I gave him my winning lottery tickets and told him I wanted to buy 1 of each ticket in the case. He said 1 of each? I said yes. He grumbled something under his breath went and scanned all my winners and came back to the register. I saw the 2 toys didn’t ring up the sale price and I asked him if I got the right toys. He yelled at me. I have to cash you out. I said ok I didn’t know. He than started yelling at me you people need to learn to be dam patient. Patience is a virtue. I said I only asked you did I get the right ones. He said well you just have to wait. I said ok you can keep everything I am not buying anything at this store . He said you people need to learn patience and he shoved the bag with the items to the side. Then he yelled well I shouldn’t have cashed all these tickets. I said you knew I was spending it all because I wanted all these tickets tickets on display. He than yelled well I have to see if I have the money and than you can just get out if this store. The guy behind me in line was like omg. He than went to the other register and said well you can just walk down here to get your money. I did and asked what location this was and he said well you can just google it. All you have to do is check the cameras in the store and you can see I was calm and he was completely irrational. I will think twice of stopping at a speedway again even though it is my go to when I am out and about

Horrible customer service, I went to buy a case of water and the guy was rude, refused service. Wouldn’t allow me to pay with cash he said “ I have something to do”. There was no one there besides me and him, he was getting cocky with me and had an attitude because I wouldn’t use self check out to pay for a case of water.

This was my go to speedway, but it's not worth it. Theres always broken pumps. Pretty much all the scanners don't work, so you have to go inside to scan your speedway card and pay. It's been like this almost a year. Do you even care about quality here anymore??

The gas was cheap for speedway. But it's also connected with 7-Eleven. So prices for merchandise are very expensive. I bought a gallon of windshield wiper fluid. It cost $2 more than the gas cost a gallon .
