I went in to have an old iPhone 6 connected to our service, since my husband lost his original iPhone 6. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After trying two different old phones, I walked out with a working phone in less than 10 minutes, including the SIM card change! I highly recommend this T-Mobile location.

I switched my family from AT&T to T-Mobile. We switch 4 iPhones some with balances and turned on service to a 5th on and moved two watches.This transaction started on a Sunday with the care team (phone). I went to this store and Danielle provided outstanding service to me and my family. We started with the easiest phone on Wednesday it had no balance but w e ran out of time as the store closed at 8. Danielle and I worked together to coordinate temporary numbers and I had to move two Apple Watches. When I say she was patient, detailed and stayed focus to get us back online today is an understatement. Danielle is Boss!!Thank you Danielle for superb customer service!!

We walked in because my partner was hoping to start a phone plan and saw that there were two associates already helping other customers but the one that wasn’t, decided he was going to sit at the back of the store on his iPad after being told there were folks that just walked in. Not even a freaking greeting.

All the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase, as well as when we needed to bring it back to fix a minor issue with the phone. Felt like we were definitely getting our money's worth

I wish I could give them no stars. The customer service was terrible. Associate were talking about customers. No enthusiasm at all. Such bad environment. Glad I walked out the door because their attitude was rubbing off on me.

I'm editing my 5 star glowing review from 8 years ago to give another ringing endorsement of the great and professional staffing at this location. Ru and Michael both have my gratitude for helping resolve a complicated sticky situation that amounted to my receiving an unduly inflated bill of around 600 dollars. Suffice it to say after 15 or so minutes on the phone with corporate Michael and the colleague he talked got things sorted out. And I can't thank them enough.I see many bad reviews online which is unfortunate I'm sure for those individuals. The store at times my be busy and on occasion the wait a bit long but in all fairness to these team members that provide the service I've never felt rushed or poorly treated once they are attending to whatever issue brings me in the store that day. That is what top shelf service is all about in my opinion. I was with Sprint perhaps over a dozen years and now T Mobile since the merger and I couldn't be more pleased with my carrier and I'm not going anywhere. Hard work of any kind is never easy (especially customer service) so when it's done right and also done well I'll spread the word and show my continued support with a ringing endorsement to anyone who asks as well as my continued patronage.

I was waiting in line to be serviced. When a lady walked in 15 mins after me and she was waited on before me. There was no explanation or anything. They just ignored everyone else and waited on her. If we were told she had an appointment that would of been one thing. But to completely ignore the people that were there first just WOW

never had a problem at any tmobile except for this location, had to call costumer service to talk to the employees FOR me, to resolve an issue, and still left without my issue resolved, Costumer service over the phone ended up resolving my issue and telling me that they were going to write a report for this location because even they could not understand why they were not able to help me, kind of disappointed..

Save yourself time & don’t bother coming here. My spouse & I came around 6:30 for our iPad that was ready for pickup as soon as we walked in not a single worker acknowledged us. I understand there was a bit of a crowd in the store but not being acknowledged at all is rude. Not once did they even say hi I’ll be right with you or it’ll be a moment please be patient with us so we ended up walking out. Terrible service

Store associates seem to be bothered when you are just browsing looking for what you are interested in. And are very pushy when you tell them you are just looking.
