I had lost my way with fitness when I stumbled upon Brad. I am currently doing strength training followed by stretching and it has changed my life. I already feel stronger, have more energy, and the stretching has helped heal a shoulder injury. Brad is doing what he was meant to do, impacting lives in a very positive way with professionalism and depth of knowledge. I am so grateful to have found him!

My daughters are high school and college D1 cross country and track runners. Stretch therapy is very important to keeping injury free. Brad is great. He takes time to ask questions at the start of each session and focuses on that area to prevent injury. He uses both cupping and “the blade” to work and loosen their tight calf muscles. He is very dependable. I highly recommend stretch therapy for endurance athletes and for anyone who needs extra support with tight muscles whether it’s to prevent injury or working through one.

I work out 3 days a week and I felt like I was hitting limits on my range of motion which was impacting what exercises I could even attempt at the gym.I started doing research and stumbled upon guided stretching which led me to Brad and the results have been amazing!I have significantly more flexibility in my shoulders and hips. My squats are deeper and my form on arm and shoulder exercises is improved. Typical morning stiffness has nearly disappeared from my life too.As an added bonus, I leave after every session feeling super relaxed. It's almost like a fog has been lifted from my brain and I have more mental clarity than I've had in a long time. Stress levels are down, anxiety is down and I enjoy life more, both mentally and physically.I can't say enough about how good this has been for me. Coming into it, I thought I would feel good (like after a massage) but this is on a whole different level.

One of the biggest reasons my back pain is a lot less painful is because of FST. It’s not a massage but a very specific stretch. Amazing results. Brad Ashby and Zai Guerro are well trained and get results.

Go 4 it !!!I'm 52 and i think I'm in pretty good shape? I'm a foody so love to eat and yes I can lose a few pounds. I work out a Jake's House of Iron in Canton, MI about 3 times a week and once a week at Life Time somewhat religiously. With this said, stretching can't be ignored. With all the aches and pains and muscle fatigue I must stretch. Stretching on your own is vital (which I need to do more of). When stretching on your own, honestly, you can only do so much..... this is where a professional stretch comes in. Honestly, I feel amazingly better post a professional stretch. It's totally a different feeling than stretching on your own. Your body can be pushed/bent in certain ways to relieve the stress on your muscles much more so with someone helping you that actually knows what they are doing and FST KNOWS WHAT THERE DOING! Go get stretched and figure it out on your own. If you like the benefits of working out and taking care of body, wrap it up by a FST. The goal is to live longer right? I'm sure there are many other benefits. I'm going to look them up now.Thanks!

I have used Brad as my trainer for a few years, and he has always been great at helping me stay in shape. Over the last year I have struggled with hip and lower back issues . The FST stretching has helped me to get full movement back in my hips and made things much easier. Brad is very knowledgeable and really listens to your needs. Highly recommend.

My High school daughter runs cross country and track. She was experiencing hip pain from her training/competing and also a major growth spurt. Brad was recommended to me for fascial stretching to help relieve the pain. My daughter went to a session with Brad with a pain of 7 in her hip and walked out PAIN FREE. She felt lighter and was amazed at how much he helped her. We continued to see Brad weekly during her season and she has been pain free ever since. Brad is very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable about FST. I highly recommend for any athlete who experiences any type of pain and just as a preventative measure to help avoid injury during competition. We will continue to see Brad just for maintenance on the off season also. Thanks Brad!!!

I absolutely love when I get fascial stretching. Brad does a great job listening to what the problems are and gently fixing them. No pain when he stretches you--just a bit of push and pull, slowly and deliberately--until you have a full range of motion. Two of my teenage sons have also used Brad's services and rave about them. I would take a one-hour stretching session over a one-hour massage any day!
