3 going on 4 days now, I am unable to make or receive phone calls from my phone. I spoke with customer service from Vietnam for over and hour and didn’t get anywhere with them (which is not the stores fault).When I walked into the store, I was told they were short staffed because the manager didn’t show up to work cause he might have Covid-19. And the manager also worked while he was sick days prior to him not showing up.However, Melissa G. Who took care of the other customers did an amazing job helping over 5 customers while I was there though.I ended up waiting for over 2 hours for the employee to fix the issue and I still left with nothing solved and was told that customer service will have it fixed by tonight and to let me know through text and still nothing.

The employee managed to break my phone's sim-card tray so it couldn't be used as a phone anymore, then proceeded to sell me a new phone but did not mention the extra fees until after they charged me. Never want to let them handle a phone I own again.

A big thank you to Melissa G! I walked in today as a Sprint customer to upgrade my iPhone. This was my best and easiest phone store experience I’ve ever had. Melissa explained everything in simple terms, was very knowledgeable and kind, and although our visit was quick it did not feel rushed. If you happen to visit this T Mobile location, ask for Melissa. Thank you!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I have had the worst experience at this store. We first went in there to check out new phones and the gentleman who greeted us was rude and was trying to push us out the door by barely answering any questions or providing us with any information. The second time we went there was because my fiancé had to port her moms number due to a mistake from AT&T. The individuals working tried to tell us we had to drive to get her mothers phone and take it to a different T-Mobile store that was over an hour away. Upon calling customer service they told us her moms number was still active and we did not need to drive an hour away to do this. Avoid this store and T-Mobile at all costs, they provide horrible customer service and do nothing to assist you. Also the customer service line is horrendous and hung up on us multiple times.

My brother works here. He has the biggest heart and an extremely hard worker. I highly recommend anyone to conduct business here, to experience exceptional customer service. I went to this location approx 2weeks ago. Everyone was GREAT! Yes. I got made fun of due to the age of my phone, but it was okay.. The rep was correct, and I did go in to upgrade my phone: IT WAS TIME:) Very helpful. I would recommend this location..

Most of the Sprint stores has been closed due to COVID and others were transitioning to T-Mobile. We went to the store to get help with the activation of my new phone. The store was clean, organized and brightly lit. Liked the pink vibe throughout the store. We just walked in and one of the employees helped us immediately. The representative was very helpful and conversational. He helped me with the set up and also in switching the network. It was quick and had us on our way in no time. Great service and easy parking!

Well I was really ready to switch carriers from At&t to T-mobile. Asking what kind of deals can I get for switching over and what he was offering I decided to keep my current services. Not to mention he wasn't even trying to get my business.

Went into the store today to pre-order a upcoming phone.The sales representative There took great care of me. She was having computer issues and it was taking too long to finished and I had to leave for work.She called me on the phone to finish up the transaction after I left.In my opinion she went above and beyond.

Was about to stop in to see if I could find a screen protector, but didn't even get to the door. Salesperson with mask under his chin was talking to two completely maskless people (customers?). Completely appalling lack of concern for the safety of our community. Infuriating and disappointing.

First, the staff is great, the store is great. Second, I picked up 3 REVVL 5G phones and they are fantastic. Fast processing, great WIFI, best fingerprint detection yet, beyond good camera, SuperMacro Camera is fantastic for super small print.The Bad and why 3 stars... the T-Mobile Signal. Less than 30 days in and the signal is hit and miss and now more miss than hit. At first it rivaled my Wifi Speeds of 50 mb/s download and now I barely get a 4G LTE signal and it is so weak that a speed test won't even load let alone test. I've got some screen shots from the other day and tonight.Horrible and T-mobile's coverage map says that I have 5G here and yet I've got nothing. I'm not a noob at technology. I've had cellphones since the first that was the size of suitcase. I'm working with a lot of different tech so yes, I restarted the phone without wifi etc, etc...It's sad. just plain sad.UPDATE: I added a 3 more pictures and redacted the address. It shows the T-Mobile coverage map claiming excellent 4G and okay 5G at my location in Westland (Newburgh & Ford Rd) but you see the speed tests I have done. Yet, a week ago my download speed was 55 mb/s and my upload was 35 mb/s. Another pic was from today at Michigan Ave and Telegraph Rd with 110 mb/s download which is mindblowing. So, what is happening in Westland? Well, despite T-Mobile wanting to do something there is nothing they can do for me as my phone works great in other areas. They have a dead spot here and their coverage map says it is fine. So, take their maps with a grain of salt because as I conduct speed tests I am sure I will find more dead spots. Will it work in your house? Maybe or maybe not.
