Things are frequently out of stock at this location. It sucks that I have to drive to Canton South or Westland when I live 5 minutes from this location.

Target’s pickup service has been an absolute game-changer for me. The process is quick, comfortable, and incredibly easy to use. Selecting a pickup slot is seamless - just shop online, choose your preferred time, and wait for the confirmation. It’s perfect for busy days when you need to grab essentials without spending extra time wandering the aisles.
What makes it even better is their designated parking lot for pickups. Once you arrive, all you have to do is park in the marked spaces and let them know you’re there via the app. The staff is prompt and friendly, bringing out your order in no time. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes, even during busy times.
The service is also incredibly reliable. Everything I’ve ordered has been packed well, and they notify you of any substitutions or unavailable items in advance, giving you the option to approve or decline. The attention to detail and customer satisfaction is evident every time.
Overall, Target Pickup offers a stress-free and efficient shopping experience. Whether it’s groceries, household items, or last-minute necessities, this service makes shopping so much easier. It’s the perfect blend of speed and reliability!

Were out of size I needed, had to make a substitution. Staff was busy, but did answer a few question (while showing some annoyance.) Checkout cashier was wonderful!

Received a gift card bought from this target and was a part of a scam. Target never took ownership and kept directing us away and never got a cent back. Will never buy from target and will advocate others to stay away from the company.

This is by far the most backwards looking Target I’ve ever been in. Absolutely stupid layout! Clearly doesn’t cater to African Americans because the “black hair care” was extremely tiny which is so odd to me because not only black people use those particular lines. Saw a lot of inconsistency with pricing and products on display. Sameer was the best part of our visit which is why I gave 2 stars. 1 for him and because I couldn’t leave Zero.

Target (in store, Canton MI) seems like such a disappointment anymore. Discontinuing things I purchased all the time in the grocery aisle and today, there were used drinks on the shelves (from probably customers)and many items strewn across those same aisles - including backpacks, from another department! Clearly, associates aren't cleaning - yet there were several people stocking shelves. I've never seen the Canton Store so dirty - and this is where the food items are stored. Do better Target!
