Well maintained facilities. Great location to I-275. Have made improvements on fencing and pavement. Monthly fee recently bumped up.

I had a fantastic experience renting a storage unit here. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the whole process was so easy. The lady who helped me, whose name I can’t remember was incredibly kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I found the perfect unit for my needs and answered all of my questions with a smile. It's rare to receive such wonderful customer service, and it made a huge difference. I highly recommend this place!

My unit wouldn't close all the way and it had cobwebs in it upon arrival. Very disappointed.

The customer service representative looked diligently to save me money over the (PS) storage facility I was moving from and found me a great deal with 50% off the first three months and a lower standard rate for a larger storage unit than I had before. Plus he made sure everything was accurate during the sign up process . That makes a world of difference.
