They took the time to show me exactly what my brakes looked like, explained what was happening, and even compared it to how they should look. Most places don’t let you see or understand what’s being fixed, so that transparency meant a lot.

They also fit me in the same day and got started on my car right away when I arrived. The whole team was kind, professional, and efficient.

“Many thanks to the incredible bakery staff !!!! My granddaughter had a college graduation party and I ordered 120 cupcakes at my Canton Michigan location. Not only were the cupcakes done on time, they were delicious !!!!!! I ordered 5 different decorations on the graduate cupcakes and these awesome people did a GREAT job !!!! Many thanks. “I hate to do this as I've been a LONG TIME customer. Like 8 plus years. My experience this time has been less than, for sure.. I spoke with a Cam on the phone and unfortunately he was very rude. I called initially to get an eta for when my car would be finish as it's been there since Thursday 3/5. He stated that id have to call back at 9am and talk with Dave the manager as he's been trying to reach me today. I dont have a single missed call. To that he got combative and had a snarky attitude saying that he didnt have any information for me and that id have to call back. I let him know that would be very inconvenient and also asked why it was taking this long for the car anyway. He replied with a sparky, well you brought it in right after my tech had to leave for a family emergency and then we had to wait for parts and now Dave needs to go over something before we can finish. I asked if he could leave a note to have him call me as I'll be at work tomorrow and can't call in the middle of the day but can answer if he can call me or even better if he can call my husband who is off tomorrow. He said he'd leave a note but that probably wouldn't happen as they are too busy to call.
So yeah my feed back is figure out how to get your team on the same page in regards to talking with clients. Maybe have a notes system if you need to go over xyz with a client, that way if they do happen to call looking for an update who ever answers the phone can go over whatever it is that needed to be addressed. Having only one staff member be that a manager or a cashier or a tech, they should all know how to go over what the next step for my car is and how much my bill is. Get it together. And probably get someone else to answer then phone.”

“The employees were kind, however, 2.5 hours to replace one tire when the appointment was scheduled over a week ahead of time is unreasonable. I’ve never waited that long for even 4 tires to be replaced, but I’ve always gone to Discount Tire. Satisfied outside of the wait time, but I’ll be sticking to DT moving forward.”
