Always friendly, almost always have the tool.i need to rent. The employees here are pretty knowledgeable and will teach you to use a tool if you have never used it before. My go-to rental place.

I would just like to say that the staff here is very respectful and easy to work with, no matter what kind of question I ask, they always have an answer.

Rented from here twice. First was a chainsaw that broke and the second was a stump grinder that kept stalling out. Had to return both without finishing either job. The did return my money for each but what a waste of time.

Terrible customer service. Actually no customer service. Went this afternoon and asked an employee if she could help us. She stated that their was only one person working in that department and they were with another customer. But they should help us soon. Forty minutes later no one even approached us. I will spend my money some where else in the future. The excuse is probably we can't hire anyone or the pandemic. Getting old.

My family purchased a vinyl planking floor from Home Depot for our home. The floor was scheduled to be installed over two days in November. It is now the end of January, and we are still fighting battles with Home Depot. The job ended up taking four days and was not completed. The installers promised to come back and finish, and even that took weeks. We found that several pieces of the planking were not installed correctly, and fixing the floor would require large areas being pulled up along with the transitions and quarter rounds adjacent to the floor. Our home suffered property damage during the installation to the degree that an insurance claim had to be filed with the installer’s underwriter to pay for restoration. (That hasn’t happened yet, but we are being promised that it will happen in the spring when the weather gets better. A monetary settlement was offered to us that was too low to consider.) Our frustration level is such that we are no longer asking them to fix what’s wrong but to refund our installation costs because the floor was not correctly installed. They are refusing and instead are insisting that if we give them another chance, they will get it right this time. Giving them “another chance” will require redoing major portions of the job over from the beginning and will result in our furniture, appliances, decor, etc all being displaced, removed, and moved around. We don’t want to go through another week of this ordeal, especially when the same contractor that botched the first install would return to do the job over again. Home Depot states that our satisfaction is what’s most important to them. Yet every time we talk to them, they make it clear that their goal lies elsewhere. They tell us that refunding our installation cost is not what they want to do because giving us a correct installation of our floor will make us the happiest. We beg to differ. We don’t want the installers in our house ever again. When we press for monetary compensation, what’s offered is nowhere near what this nightmare has been worth. Negotiations are ongoing and there is no end in sight. When we were planning this project, other people warned us not to go with Home Depot for this type of work. We didn’t listen. I hope that anyone reading this doesn’t make the same mistake. Do yourself a favor and plan your next home improvement project without Home Depot.

Purchased Rheem water hater from this location last Oct/2020 and guess what it was my wosrt experience ever. Please avoid this water hater "Rheem" by all means. Within a year it fell and can't hate the water. I called the manufacturing company who urged buyers to contact them for any breakdowns and avoid return their products back to Home Depot. I followed their request called the company and they kept me on hold for over an hour (88 people on the phone line waiting) finally after long time a technisan with broken English answered my call and he ran trouble shooting on the machine and figured the only solution is to return the product. I tried to ask him some questions but he hung u on me!!!! I called Home depot the Canton location and they kept trasnfering me to different people before finally a manager answered Me I tried to explain the situation to him but he hung up on me.. I drove my car on the same night to the location requested to speak woth a supervisor who apologised. I told him I have been 10 years customer woth lowes and never have to deal woth this situation. The only solution he offered to me is to replace the hater because it's still under warranty but still I have to pay the Labour maybe $500 !!!!!! PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ avoid this Rheem brand and learn from my lesson and ro Home Depot Canton location I say, respect your customers and don't hung them because this is ain't what customer service is about. By the way the the old hater I had before Rheem lasted me almost 10 years with no issue

I just want to thank Larcena who works in the appliance department at the Home Depot on Michigan Ave in Canton. She was a big help to me during my purchase of appliances for a kitchen remodel! Since so many things are on back order it was a stressful process but she was patient and helped put me at ease. One item was on back order however she did some research to find out the issues. I was confident that the information she gave me was correct. She went above and beyond and she gained my trust. She is a great sales associate, a true gem.

I wish I could give a 0. This store is pathetic and frankly I will NEVER order from them again online. Ordered a $1600 all-in-one washer/dryer online. Was supposed to receive the dryer on August 12th. No dice...THEY messed up the order. Fine, no problem. New delivery date on August 28th...fine. A hassle but stuff happens. Wife gets a call today saying THEY screwed up the order again (umm....) and that the only date available is Sunday(29th). BUT they don't deliver on Sundays...okay. BUT they AGAIN admit they screwed up the order and said they sent a refund...wtf! Why would you confirm a late delivery and then state the money was sent back (which we never got back...yet)? THEN the lady has the nerve to say they screwed up and IF we wanted to re-order we would have to start all over. AND she wanted us to drive to the store...hahaha...you have got to be out of your f&^%$# mind. Kiss that 1600 goodbye and we will never shop their again AND we are damn sure going to tell people about it. Home Depot must be making a killing financially to have poor customer service as well as not delivering on their good(s). Pathetic, inexcusable, and simply poor service...never again...

I believe his name was Zerek like Derek with a z, today as I was at Home Depot Zerek helped me out above and beyond expectations! Zerek was one of the only people who was so focused on his job and getting customers the help they need. He went out of his way to help me and my grandma make a key and he showed me how to cut wood! It was pretty fantastic. He is an amazing person I hope he gets rewarded for his amazing he is! Thank you so much Zerek.

The fact that while shopping my husband notice so many people not wearing masks he asked a manager why? He responded by saying it isn't enforced. Eventhough the website says it is. My husband then asked the cashier and she said the same thing. WOW!

The guys in the tool rental section are on top of their game. Very helpful. They know what they are doing, and have a positive attitude. I could not have had better customer service. Big thanks! Especially to John!

The employees here are rude. I have never been to a Home Depot where employees are rude. I have only had a pleasant encounter at the paint counter with a young lady. She was patient and helped explain the different paint brands. I have been here a few times and every time it's an issue. Whoever works the rerun department is rude and I have heard them yelling at customers out loud. They need to have training on how to treat customers.
