I’m a cancer patient. I needed quite a bit of materials for a home project. Last night, I went and asked for their help. The staff was incredible. They took my order, packed my trailer and made sure I was well taken care of. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate the way I was treated. These guys rock!

Daniel was a cool person who handled my rental (around 2pm or so of this writing) in a jovial manner and explained everything lucidly. I would highly recommend people handle business with him. I know it's just another day to him but he really did make my day. Thank you.

Made the mistake of renting a floor scrapper from Home Depot to remove commercial carpet for 24 hours. The scraper requires the renter to purchase a separate blade to attach. I returned the scraper in time and was told I would need to pay a $25 cleaning fee. I asked why and the employee said because the blade is dirty. ITS MY BLADE. The. I say ok I'll take my blade off, she says sorry sir also the wheels are “grossâ€. The wheels were in the EXACT same condition I rented the scraper in . It is all a gimmick to charge a “cleaning fee†of $25 extra. Will never use Home Depot rental again!
