I'm on over the road truck driver. I bobtailed into the parking lot. I took 3 spots away from the building to go in to get some dog food. I almost walked straight out because I was taking up 3 spots and the parking lot was not even full. My first time ever coming to this location. And I almost walked out because I'm a semi truck driver and I bobtailed, in to get some dog food. I've never had a problem with any other tractor supplies across the United States, except this one I don't know who came at me a manager with another employee behind her. I felt like they were about to tackle me down. Because I took a few spots away from the building. I would understand if I was in front or took up a handicap spot, but I'm not an a******, but if there was any signs that I would have noticed I would have probably followed them. But unfortunately, I didn't see anything like that. So I'm sorry. I think this was the worst tour I came to Luckily my dog needed the dog food so I did not walk out. I still bought my food for my dog and some tweets and I took off in less than five minutes.I don't know what the alarm was about a parking spot

This used to be a community friendly store. And now it feels like your typical corporation. I used to feel welcome and come and chat with employees and spend money over the past 6 years it has gone through ( 4 managers) and the turn over rate is crazy, it says somthing that used to be a good local fram friendly store now feels like your typical Walmart. The new manager is like a robot.

I love this store and the staff. They’re always helpful, friendly and efficient. Above this, they are always well-stocked on the dog and cat food supplies and, on the rare occasion that they’re out, they will do what they can to get you what their need. Also, their 4health dog food is probably the best dog food I’ve found, much better than even the very expensive imports and a great support to the beef and chicken that is the mainstay of my dogs diet.

Went to get help purchase lawn mower and waited for the person at the customer service station to finish negotiating with a customer for a better price on some batteries. They seemed to finish and the employee turned his back on us and walked away. He did not acknowledge our existence as a customer. Pretty interesting how ignorant and hateful a person can be at such a small and insignificant store. I guess he sees his customers as insignificant as he sees his job and the company he works for! His decision to give the company he works for such a horrible reputation will never be forgotten. Especially for people who work so hard to keep the company successful

I doordash and have never been to the store until today. I went in for a dash and this store is amazing. The workers are so helpful. Thank you Bill, you helped me out so much today. You are an asset to the company. Probably the best customer service I've ever received...and they've got these large cocks.

Extremely racist staff! All of them! Needless to say, they're very rude and unhelpful! They are all absolutely disgusting. From the cashier to the warehouse guys and customer service desk, they're absolutely horrible. Of course, I will never be back. Not that they care...

Please change the hours on your electronic sign on the building. You have the best store around and I drove from whittaker mi tonight to buy salt and other supplies. Only to find the store closed at 8:13.My buddy was there earlier and checked the hrs on the sign for me when he left. It says 10pm close. Super frustrating.
