Mark is the best trainer I have ever worked with. Carefully crafts session plans based on the individual needs and goals of his clients. Very comfortable setting. Everyone is friendly, and they encourage each other.

I've had the pleasure of training with Mark, and I must say that he has been an exceptional trainer. He has always been flexible with time availability, making it easy for me to fit workouts into my busy schedule.Mark consistently provides workouts that are both challenging and enjoyable, which has kept me motivated and excited to continue our sessions. I'm so glad I found TRVFIT! After taking a break from fitness/lifting for a few months, I’ve been able to get back on track and have seen my strength and endurance improve quickly. This is thanks to the amazing coaches at TRVFIT who all do a great job of creating an encouraging and motivating environment. The programming is very well-rounded and does get spicy as Mark would say! I like that in each workout there is room to really challenge yourself or scale where needed. I appreciate the goal review sessions which allow you to meet one-on-one with head coach, Mark to discuss your goals, see how you’re progressing and talk through any changes you can make. The community at this gym is so welcoming and it’s so nice to see everyone cheering each other on to hit those PRs! If you’re looking to get fit, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Awesome gym! Great atmosphere and coaches. I’m so glad I joined this gym, I really needed the extra push! Everyone is so encouraging and all the classes have high energy. Mark, the owner is great!
