I started going to Ulta in Canton MI in the fall of 2024 on a recommendation from a friend. I had previously went to another salon and went from blonde to a med brown and they did an awful job. Sheila at Ulta spent hours fixing it. She did such an amazing job. I’ve been a loyal client every 4-6 weeks since. I LOVE my hair and Sheila.

This is my least favorite ulta, despite it being the nearest. My first time here, I bought a foundation that had a used “sample” version inside instead of a new foundation. The second time, my masks were expired. Recently I went looking for my “usuals” only to find that they don’t carry Pur. The girl in store was no help. Staying it’s only available online, despite me telling her you can find it in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. They were so concerned that we were stealing, I didn’t get the help I needed. If you’re going to follow me around, at least help me find what I need. Now I go exclusively to the store in Ann Arbor. Or the ulta section at target in Ypsi

I was in desperate need for a haircut (3+ inches). Made an appointment and I couldn't have been more blessed. Entela was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and honest. Gave me a great cut and conditioning treatment. My hair feels like it used to again! Easy to talk to and she's so kind. Highly recommend her! I'll definitely be going back to her. Entela, thank you!

I was in the Canton, MI location earlier doing a pickup for a customer. To say I was out of my element is an understatement. The firs person to see me was Aslin or Ashlyn. Can't fully remember. She was absolutely amazing. Knew exactly what I needed, was extremely kind and helpful. She made what would have been a very overwhelming experience very enjoyable. Give that beautiful woman a raise or promotion asap!

Had a fantastic experience with Jen on ford rd canton location. Very knowledgeable very helpful. Came in for hot tools and Jen greeted me within seconds had a very positive experience because of her. Five star customer service!! Absolutely LOVED her! She's personable and professional and ya gotta be special to shine as brightly as Jen does! She really made an impression and it was very refreshing to have such superior customer service!! Thx jen!! ❤️

The staff were very nice. The store was bright and clean. I felt the prices are quite high on certain items. I did find some items that were priced well.
