Love this location! Staff is always friendly and super helpful. Shout out to Jabin for always being kind, professional and willing to help with whatever you need! He goes above and beyond. We drive past the Ford road location to come to this specific UPS because of the extraordinary customer service this team offers.

I know it's the holidays and I bet that affects moods, but the woman who works here sure seemed angry and unsympathetic toward people who don't know the drill. A little kindness would go a long way.UPDATE: saw her again today and she was super nice!
