Verizon offers us efficient, not-to-costly telephone service. We have had phones and watches with them for years and have no major problems to report. We do a lot of international calling - that service has worked well.
However, we also subscribe to their wireless internet service and that has proved buggy and unreliable from the get-go. We were hoping it would get better as time moved on but it seems to be continuing with the same hum-drum service. It drops out frequently. Thinking about going back to a wired internet service. Will if this service doesn't improve soon.

The employees at this location are beyond rude and NOT very helpful nor informative.
Was a customer for over 10+ years, glad I switched to Xfinity!

The gentleman in the store was not educated on anything. Literally. Told me to go to a Visible by Verizon store (doesn’t exist) and said that esims only work with WiFi. Really nice person just needs to be more informed bc I was about to cry thinking I was doing something wrong during transfer process.

I called to see if something was in stock and whoever answered was EXTREMELY rude and transferred my call mid sentence. So rude! I was trying to become a new customer, however, after this 1st encounter I will be taking my business elsewhere! Answering the phones is the 1st impression in customer service and you failed.

The associate named Mustafa has poor service and does not know anything about how to run a business.

They need more staff here, I just came in to return equipment and was waiting for 15 minutes. Why do they not have a better process that is more efficient.

Please check the temperature in the room. My experience was not overtly negative at this location, however, there was seemingly a “show of force” mentality amongst the employees, or perhaps they were security.
Based on how some of them were physically built and their demeanors, the line between retail associates and club bouncers could become confused. When you walk in the door you feel as if you are being assessed, and instead of being greeted with a smile you are greeted, but with stern expressions and scanning eyes. It’s almost to the point of caricature. There is a difference between welcoming a customer and intercepting them.
Please, as an employee, do not walk in front of a customer’s path or “shoulder to shoulder” as they are entering a store, or as they are attempting to walk around. It can feel as if you’re trying to apprehend a person versus offering them a service. You can communicate without being in someone’s personal space (initially).
Furthermore, there was a customer who had unintentionally triggered an alarm while shopping for products (presumably removing it from a case or disrupting a display) and one of the employee’s responded by saying “hands up!” This could have been seen as a joke, as they did address the source of the alarm without incident. HOWEVER, not everyone has the same sense of humor. One person’s sense of humor could be a source of trauma for someone else, based on life experiences.
Also, I was not told “thank you” for visiting the store or “bye” when departing. This further can lead a person to believe that the initial greeting they did receive at the door was not genuine, based on this and the other aforementioned factors.
I didn’t have a problem with my product, however, I feel it important to point these things out, as employees may be unaware they are perceived this way. This also doesn’t apply to all employees, as some seemed more genuinely welcoming than others. HOWEVER, customers may remember the negative more than the positive.
It also may be good to address potential concerns so that they don’t become a problem in the work culture, potentially impacting customer experience and retention. I offer this as constructive criticism, and not an attempt to lambaste this location or any of its employees. I tried to be thorough in my feedback. Please do with this information what you will.

I had placed an online order as a new customer for a iPhone 15 pro max and 2 IPad pros. After my order was placed I had a received an email saying that my order will be processed with in 1-2 business hours. 24 hours had passed by but I didn’t receive an email about my order. I went into store 4 times with in a 48 hour span to check the status on my order, all I was told over and over again was “It’s still being processed.” When the first time I went In I was told that my order is being prepared by the manager. I called customer service to see what the hold up was about and they said my order is ready for pick up and a notification was supposed to be sent out. I told the store employee what customer service had told me and he said “I don’t care what he said, it still says the order is being processed” he did not care to look into it and check to see what’s going on or care to listen to me. Verizon is the best service provider out there they also need to make sure they select store employees with good customer service. All in all very disappointed with the way that I was treated at the store by the employees. Happily a new customer with AT&T now, process was very smooth, my online order was approved the same day and was ready for pick up. Most importantly received phenomenal customer service walking into the door.

This is the most unprofessional Verizon store I have ever been to. The staff is absolutely disgusting, they refuse to give you any form of assistance unless you’re buying new phones. Waited for an hour just to ask a simple question, waited that long because I wasn’t there to purchase anything. Also heard a salesman lying to customers about pricing….God forbid you go in to ask a question about your bill price is suddenly so high, they’d rather argue with you than give you answers. Trash.
