They're clueless at this store. No training in services (Visible) that verizon supplies. Visible sent me to them and they told me there's nothing they can do LMAO....so professional it hurts my gut HAHAHAaaaa - I guess they're only courteous IF you spending big money *shrugs*

Update as of 12/13:Despite your response on escalation, I'm yet again speaking to customer service as the trade which was guaranteed process still doesnt show in my account. The trade value was taken away. Thanks for nothing yet again.This is the most ridiculous set of employees and manager that Ive ever experienced. After cancelling orders incorrectly, then dealing with Verizon sending me alerts that the in-store trade in was never received, I'm told by the store employees that I quote "I never call Verizon" and when I asked for help figuring out why Verizon is sending me emails and the mobile app is incorrect. The best I have is a today printed receipt and told that if I want to figure out why Verizon's information is inaccurate that "I take that up with customer support". How this location is an official Verizon store location and not an authorized retailer is baffling.

Went with lots of questions and confusion. But luckily we had a great representative to help answer everything. Her name was Cierra and she was a great help. I went to 3 Verizon's stores and she was the only person who didn't make me feel stupid, and was patient with me. I appreciate her help and her honesty.

Needed to upgrade our phones. Lots of staff available to help and we were able to get our phones upgraded. The gal we worked with was super friendly and was great to chat with while we were waiting for our phones. Always great to have nice and happy customer service staff!

I went in Friday received a quote and scheduled an appointment to switch over phone plan. Unfortunately, I had to schedule it for an earlier time. I went in at 11:40am. The appointment was at noon. Was told to scan a QR code and someone will be with me shortly. Waited till 12:25pm (which I understand it is busy on Saturdays) but please tell me how I waited and the lady that "helped" me was clearly not interested in helping me switch my phone plan. She gave me a list of things that I needed to do before handed and said that it would take 24 hours to have our phones unlocked without even attempting to look if our phones were locked or not (i had to forcefully give her all the phone or else she wouldn't have checked). I had switch phone plans before with lock phones and it only took a few hours for the process to go through. She then told me I need a transfer code, account numbers, etc basically everything i could have EASILY obtain but she clearly didn't want to give me the time. So i'm suppose to wait but then when it comes to my turn no one wanted to help me? Gave me a bunch of papers and the general vibe was she wanted me to leave. She didn't ask me if I wanted to switch. The quotes that she provided me was completely different from what I was told yesterday. Someone somewhere clearly lied to me but it was a very frustrating experience for someone that was interested in becoming a customer. never thought I was going to be denied service like that. Didn't want to explain anything.

This place is a joke... Bought 2 brand new galaxy S23 ultra when they came out & got new cases, screen protectors, pop sockets etc for both phones... The guy that put my screen protectors on clearly didn't do it correctly so after I spent over $3,300 CASH I went to another location to get it fixed. I was told that I needed to return to the same location because they need to replace it under warranty since it's covered for life and clearly they weren't installed correctly. I return for the manager only to try to resell me 2 more protectors... I tell the guy your team didn't put them on correctly and he stated I need to call a 3rd party instead of trying to fix there mistake. The managers and their team are a joke I will be calling in and reporting them because how dare you try to recharge me when your guy can't even put a screen protector on! I spent more than enough money. I'm not valued at all! I won't be back but they will be hearing from corporate trust me because I spent my hard earned money eye to only be treated like a bother.. Never will they get a sell from me again! Do better.

Purchased a new phone this morning, it didn’t work. After being on the phone with Verizon ALL DAY, I am forced to go to the store (because now both phones don’t work) and I’m told there’s 8 people ahead of you. Only 3 customers in the store. He literally was taking new customers, was totally rude and lectured me on how I had to wait my turn.

This was a TERRIBLE store. Employees are incredibly rude and just seemed bothered to be there. Nobody welcomes you or even seems to want to help you. Not a good idea to say things under your breath about a customer when they can clearly hear you! I'll never go back to this location again the staff is horrible.

THEY FLAGGED MY ACCOUNT FOR FRAUD FOR NO REASON AND CANCELED MY ORDER. I started service over the phone with Inside Sales and I went to this location to pick it up instead of waiting for shipping because the location was close. Placed my order Friday it is now Sunday and I’m calling customer service because it was only supposed to take up two hours to process. Now I have to wait the 3 days for it to cancel and then go through the process all over again. It makes me not even want their service.
