I was serviced by Andre at the Canton store. I had excellent service. Andre was very knowledgeable about the new iPhone16 pro and explained the different mobile phone plans. I was able to get an upgrade to my phone plan and a new phone. I am pleased with my purchase.

I went last week to get my phone plan looked at and possibly an upgrade. I was greeted by Jeff and he was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. He was able to make an adjustment to my plan, save me a few dollars a month along with taking advantage of a great upgrade promotion. Jeff was excellent, great customer service and very knowledgeable. I have a new Verizon phone and a better plan for my needs, thanks to Jeff, I'm coming back to this store for all my phone needs.

Today my family and I had wonderful experience at Verizon. Andre was Awesome, super patient and allow us to take our time in our decision making for our new purchase and asked all the questions we wanted and he answered! Kyle was working along side of Andre and he provided wonderful support as well. Super satisfied 💯
