I recently sold one home in Arizona and bought another in Ohio from an estate whose heir lived in Sweden. Ypsilanti is my summer home. The closest Vibe is in Canton. I needed help getting my account in order to undergo such a change. I was referred to LaToya Taylor by the cashier. Not only was LaToya knowledgeable, she was a pleasure talking to and doing business with. Helpful, charming and friendly. I've been with Vibe a long time now. Everyone I've spoken to is wonderful. But LaToya went above and beyond. It surely was appreciated during a very stressful time. Thank you!

I have used Vibe for almost 25 years and anything I didn't like as a customer I absolutely loved as a shareholder. of all of the banks I have money in or have other accounts with vibe is the best.

Excellent service and friendly people!! I really appreciate how I can always get quick service that is professional and friendly. The Canton location is very conveniently located, and I’ve never had an experience there that was less than great. It’s also very helpful to have multiple locations where I can get documents notarized at short notice and deposit my loose change every so often. Would definitely recommend opening and maintaining an account with them!!

The staff members are always awesome and helpful. Very short wait time inside or at drive thru. I’ve been a member since 1989 under their old name.

From Carol-----Exceptional friendly service from Renee today. I'm a retired Bank Exec. and thus keenly aware of service standards. I'm not a member (I was helping my Aunt), but I was impressed. And trust me; I'm NOT easily impressed after 40-years in finance. Keep up the awesome work!

Great credit union. Nice staff. Muna was a pleasure to work with. My only gripe was I had to show proof of what I needed my loan for which prolonged my process but all in all, great experience.

I have had the pleasure of working with Latoya Taylor twice since I have opened my account and she has been amazing every time!!! She needs to be promoted to the next position because she is fantastic at what she does. Seriously. I promised her I would send her flowers and they are coming, girl!I was with U of M credit union and I thought vibe wouldn't be on their level, but how wrong I was! U of M sucks! Go with Vibe! Their personality matches where they work!Thank you Latoya! :)
