I was told that they cannot tell you if your prescription will be filled on 20 minutes, a hour, or 24 hours after a doctor calls it in. They have no idea how long prescriptions will take to fill. If you want them to actually fill it and not continuously push you to the back of the line, you have to call and confirm you are on your way or show up in the store to bug them about it. Noted that I will call you every time my doctor calls in a prescription and tell you I’m on my way so you actually prepare it, and then pick it up when I feel like it.

Got hung up on! Worst customer service I have EVER experienced trying to call in regards to medication I've been without for 7 days! That's my mental health your dealing with, you have no clue what my life circumstances are, and you HANG UP ON ME? I hope they learn respect.

Very rude staff. Andy looked at me and started laughing and turned around to her coworker? (I believe was the pharmacist) and both were laughing and looking at me. She began to say “why are you-“ and cut herself off. I don’t know why they were laughing at me and it made me super uncomfortable.Out of frustration i snatched my prescriptions and walked away. I heard her in the back in a sarcastic rude tone say “have a great day”. I usually have no problem with customer service there but it was horrible this last time. Looking to speak with a manager soon.

I started using the Walmart pharmacy in September of this year, so a fairly short time. Several times I have had issues. Last Friday my doctor sent a script in at 3pm I went in at 7:30pm that night to get my script. I was informed they didn't have it, it was a medication I needed that night. I asked why I didn't receive a call or a text and their reason was they were too busy, apparently too busy over a span of 4 1/2 hours to call or send a text. They called Michigan Ave which didn't have it and Belleville which did. It was appreciated they found a store that had it however I wish they would have saved me the trip and informed me it was in Belleville I would have not had an issue. It was a waste of time. Yesterday my doctor called in for another script I went three hours later to pick it up they claim they didn't have it in their system. After calling my doctor she said she had left a voicemail for it. They took half an hour to fill it. I mentioned my issues and the pharmacist was very nice as I was nice about it but I made them aware these issues should not have happened and she agreed. I informed them I will be going to Walgreens from now on. Walmart needs to invest in more pharmacy help as it is always the same two techs no matter what day or time I go In and the same pharmacist each time. Burn out is real and the company should be taking care of their employees.

I went in with questions regarding my prescription and was helped by Andy. She did a great job at taking her time and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend using this pharmacy.

Worst customer service from the woman with highlights. I assume the pharmacist?! So insensative, judgemental and needs to scew off. So so nasty and rude!!!!!!
