Extremely poor communication... Had my equipment for a month and a half.. after being told repeatedly 7 to 10 days . Finally decided to pick it up and take it somewhere else, When I arrived to pick it up they handed me my equipment disassembled and all the parts in a grocery bag. I proceeded to ask for my fifty dollar deposit and they refused it.?

Worst customer service ever trying to get a warranty repair done through this company. Was totally left hanging multiple times and even lied to a couple times near the end. I ended up finally taking my machine back(unrepaired) after 5 months of brain damage dealing with them. I don't know if their sales department is any better but what ever you do don't take anything there for warranty repair

Great place! I couldn’t get my weed trimmer to start so brought it in to get repaired and they got it started right away! And didn’t charge me! My go to place for lawn and snow equipment! Thanks for your help and honesty!
