Decided to try a new salon out and everything went great. I booked with Mya and she kept checking in with me the whole time to make sure I was liking the length and how things were looking. She gave me the exact haircut I came in asking for!

I walked in this past Saturday without an appointment and waited less than 10 minutes before being seen. My stylist, Alyssa Boyd, was amazing, talented, knowledgeable, and attentive. She did exactly what I asked and even styled my hair beautifully afterward. I’m beyond happy with my experience and highly recommend booking with Alyssa!

I had an excellent experience! Pat the owner took the appointment and let me tell you when I went in my hair was to say the least damage. She took the time to listen to me and what I wanted. She then did an analysis of my hair and explained what would be best for my hair and what fell in line with what I wanted. Pat was very informative and educated me through the whole process. I can't say enough as to how I was treated, they are very attentive making sure I was comfortable the whole time. My hair was beautiful when I left and i felt amazing! Thank you so much Pat for all that you did for me. Me and my husband will be a client for life! Everyone in the salon was amazing and knew what they were doing I highly recommend Westbrook if you need a salon that you need not worry about. They got you!!!

I just found this salon off google maps and tried to walk in without appointment and they accommodated me. Even gave me a welcome gift of a small hair oil to take home.
Haircut was done by Mya (pronounced maya) and had a lovely time! She was really friendly and she made sure to ask me how i want my hair done. She explains what the products she put on my hair does and double checks if i like the length and stuff. Really hands on. She did great with cutting my hair short. Thank you!

My haircut by Trish and blow dry and style by Mya were incredible! I was referred to Trish by a friend who has been her client for a long time and has had great cuts, color and styles from her. You can definitely trust she will do incredible work for you!

I’ve been to many salons trying to get the right look for my curly hair, asking for the same type of cut. Eva was the first stylist to create the look I was asking for. It was a pleasant experience overall, she washed my hair for just a simple cut and not every salon will do that for you. She made sure the lengths she was cutting at were okay with me and even recommend me a good product for my curls and even put some in my hair to show me. I definitely recommend Eva to anyone with moderate curls looking for a precise cut.

A friend recommended Westbrook and I’m happy to be doing the same. I’m grateful to have found Mya. She brought life back to my hair with a beautiful foil and cut. The salon itself is cute with welcoming energy.

Scheduled an appointment yesterday and was thankful to get in the next day as I needed a mani/peti for a wedding this weekend.
Salon offers what seems to be the standard for the business:
massage chair for the peti's, foot bath, and drinks.
Donna greeted me at the door and paired me up with Bailey.
Although Bailey admitted she hadn't done mani/peti's for a while I was nonetheless impressed with her attention to detail, regularly checking on me throughout to ensure I was doing well, and being sociable.
Pat, the owner, also came to check on me. I've always appreciated owners of businesses checking in on their customers and Pat seems like a wonderful person.
This was my first visit so I'll update my review to reflect my experience on future visits but so far I've enjoyed my experience here and look forward to going back.

I have been twice to see Nora Neher for a haircut. She has done a great job both times. She makes sure you're happy with the cut and I don't feel rushed.
