The management are no help trying to charge me additional fees, carpet replacement , refurbishing fees and other fees although house was rented a 40 days after in the same condition i rented it. I called and talked to the property manager who think it’s his own house and refused to resolve the issue although i called too many times and willing to pay to off the remaining rent.

Great amenities, the maintenance is very timely and patient. The pool and clubhouse are always clean and accessible.

This past Saturday — I made an appointment to tour. The lady said I didn’t have one. Someone else showed up with the same time and they went first even tho he said we could as he was waiting on his friends. She still took them. She then told me she would email pictures of the unit over we wanted as she didn’t have any to show. (This part isn’t their fault). Those pictures never made its way to me. Very evident many of the reviews about not hearing back are true. I’m glad we dodged this bullet.

I visited this place, was interested in renting. Never received any follow up, I called several times leaving my information was told someone would follow up. To this day nobody has called me back. I visited back in January 🙃

We have been here for 10 months and we have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is kind and professional. Whenever there is an issue with the apartment they are right on it. We are so pleased being here. They are the best.

Update 3/1/24 post Management's response. All details excluding the female's name are included in the original post. Today the unit we want in our first choice apartment complex became available. We are moving next month. Little did I know, the female did me a favor. There is nothing more to discuss.
Review 2/24/2024. Calls occurred 2/21/24 & 2/22/24. We called to inquire of unit details. Only because the complex we really want to move does not have the preferred layout available now.
The representative I spoke to on two different days is unprofessional.
The lack of professionalism turned us off from even making an appointment for a tour. No tour equals no residents.
Be prepared to share what you are willing to pay for a unit BEFORE they schedule you for an appointment. If my household could not afford the prices, we wouldn't have called. There are too many new communities with upgraded amenities in the area (same zip code) to deal with this lack of service. Too much competition for poor service.
We will keep looking or wait until the complex we want has the layout available. Whenever that is. Our willingness to wait for a unit to become available in a different apartment complex for an unknown timeframe rather than move here (with what looks like a nice complex) and deal with this unprofessionalism says a lot about the experience with the agent.
Only my morals are preventing me from typing the name of the female I spoke to at this complex. I am disgusted with the experience.

My family and I have been living in Wyndchase Apartments for over a year and we love the community. The management is always prompt with requests for information and services. The grounds are clean and there is a great big lawn where my Son and I play soccer. There is a nice tributary of the Rouge River that runs through the property which provides a scenic backdrop for pictures. Overall a nice place to live!

Every time I walk into the Wyndchase office it gives the feeling of WELCOME HOME. The staff is very professional and warm to all of its guest. The grounds are pristine. The neighborhood is very safe and has walkable shopping. I encourage you to look no further…make Wyndchase your new home.

The perfect location right in the middle of Canton, safe and walkable area with plenty of amenities. Our neighbors have always been pleasant and the office/maintenance staff is attentive and kind. Residents since 2018 and we have only had positive experience!

I’m currently searching for an apartment and wyndchase caught my eye. After reaching out and speaking with Victoria, I realized it doesn’t just look nice, but is managed well. She was excellent with communication and answered most of my questions before I even asked. In addition to that, she was very willing to help with anything I may have needed and just an honest person. Would recommend to check this place out if you’re looking for a new home.
