I called several different toll free Xfinity Customer Service lines to resolve an issue that occurred after I made the mistake of calling the call center on 12/14 for assistance. NEVER! I repeat NEVER call the call center. Head straight to this live in person location in Canton! My husband and I came into their store on 12/19 with Internet and Mobile Phone issues that all stemmed from the initial 12/14 call to the call center. Giovanni, Steve, Justin, Noah and Kayden (I think) were all there when we arrived. Giovanni the manager listened to my long story of all the problems that we were having, he didn't just listen, he HEARD me. He began putting things in motion. Once we spoke to him, Steve then took over finalizing the details, finding us additional savings and other freebies that were available to me. Every single customer service technician in the building was kind, courteous, willing to help and they worked together as a team with the same mission and values. We sat there for 3 hours while they patiently rectified the situation the call center created. We still have some issues to finalize, but I am confident they will come through and help make us whole, they have proven their dedication to satisfaction on my first visit. I have been a long time Xfinity/Comcast customer. This location went above and beyond, they were transparent, had a wonderful attitude, and the store radiated positive energy that was contagious. I look forward to doing business with them again and I highly recommend you visit this store. I actually read reviews before finding a location and I drove past two other locations closer to my home to come to Canton because of the other reviews I read. Now it's my turn to pay it forward. I hope this review helps others and you give them a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Always go to your local store first and find out.
Be careful of scam calls and voicemails, I almost got pulled into one when they knew when my account was about to expire and offered a great deal with a questionable stipulation of paying 1 year and a half worth of payments up front.
Drove to my local Xfinity store and In comes CADEN the man, he promptly told me that this is not part of Xfinity and helped so that i didnt go further into this scam. He was also very pleasant and had a great attitude, directing me to the right phone numbers to use to contact Xfinity.

A male heavy set salesperson was very, rude, loud and obnoxious. The lady and young gentleman with dreads were taking care of customers with pleasant attitudes. I even seen him try to patronize a young lady and she dealt with him very well I might add. While he continued to act like a wild ignorant, car salesman. He was just horrible we will never go to that establishment again. I don't know who that lady was but kudo's to you for telling him where people like him end up acting like that. He was very rude and wrong.

I would like to acknowledge Gio from the Canton Store. When he saw the two other technician helping other customers he stepped in assisted me with my returns. He apologized for the wait and showed what team work is all about. I appreciated his service and felt it should be recognized.I have been in that store and other managers just made you wait for the next available technician instead of assisting. Ron Smith

Had nothing but issues with the connection for 7 months had my modem changed and everything and still the same issues then I get no help when I talk to the live agent they be like nothing wrong everything okay then why aint it connecting or keeps dropping my connection

I would stay as far away from this location as possible.
Came in to upgrade two phones
( I ported the numbers myself a few days before)
In the middle of the transaction the manager who was helping me snuck out the back door not saying anything to anyone.I later found out they lost my phone number and completely botched the whole transaction
After charging me $2000 for both phones
The other two employees left in the store had no idea how to finish the transaction and I was told to maybe come back tomorrow.after spending nearly 4 hours dealing with employees coming up with every excuse to not do their job I decided to leave before the situation escalated any further.
Now the next day I still do not have a working phone.
This entire store needs training or restaffed.

Went in today, at a busy time. Every employee was working hard with their customer. I needed to pay cash toward a bill. Unfortunately only two registers were able to accept cash. Multiple times I had to wait while employees were available to help me, but couldn't because they didn't have access to a cash drawer. Eventually after dealing with a nightmare situation, Larod was available to help me. He was extremely professional during this entire time, and was quick to assist me. He even apologized for my wait, like it was any of his fault or control. (It definitely was not.) I was very happy with my experience today, and I hope the manager knows what a great crew they have. Took a lot of professionalism to stay positive while another customer was being very entitled, and rudely talking about you ln front of your face.
I wish there was a machine like a U-scan where I could entire my account info and pay there without having to wait for their employees.
