I had an outstanding experience at the Xfinity store, all thanks to Alex, the manager. Alex went above and beyond to help resolve unexpected charges on my account. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process. I appreciate Alex's excellent service and am grateful for his prompt and effective assistance. Salesperson Brendan basically robbed me in the store I paid with cash he wouldn't give me my change said my change would go onto my next bill never did basically robbed me of 61 dollars wouldn't trust them with your cash terrible experience

Don't use Xfinity in Michigan if you are the first Xfinity user in the apartment. They will send a technician and charge you $100 to fix your apartment's cable issue and then ask you to pay for your apartment.

The store manager exhibited a deep understanding of their products and services, effortlessly addressing my questions and concerns with expertise and clarity. Their in-depth knowledge and ability to communicate complex information in a digestible manner showcased a genuine dedication to ensuring my needs were met. I recommend Xfinity services very highly.

These days finding good employees is hard to find. But it does excuse when an off-duty employee comes in and brings a friend and cuts the line that three other customers been waiting 45 minutes to an hour. Also when signing up for Xfinity you will not get to speak with anyone after you sign up a live person if you do they're from India or Mexico or who knows probably Russia too. Only time you speak to someone live is when they want your money

Avoid if you can, always a long wait and not enough staff to support. They won't help if something has been done over the phone like they don't know each other.

The guy here insisted we need to have a technician to check wiring and setup internet which was a lie. I could have done wifi setup myself the way I did before. Just to charge 100$ they did this.

This store did not accept my equipment from xfinity, that they sent to me. Was helping customers that was behind me, put my things on the floor. Never go back to that store.

Fast service transfer on Saturday, most affordable deal for internet and a phone line. Friendly people. They even took care of switching the SIM card for me.
