Lady working on Sept 18, 2025 at around 4.30 pm at the fuel desk was not welcoming. There was no such thing as customer service if we see her example. Some one needs to look into this.
Otherwise clean store. Would think twice before stopping here.

I’ve visited Love’s Travel Center a few times recently, and unfortunately, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with one of the front desk staff members. On multiple occasions (2-3 times), I felt I was treated rudely and unfairly, with behavior that came across as both disrespectful and racially biased.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism — not to be made uncomfortable or unwelcome. If someone cannot interact respectfully with all customers, regardless of background, they should not be working in customer service.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. No one deserves to feel discriminated against or disrespected at any business.

I had to get a mudflap put on and a wonderful mechanic named Gage replaced it with a quickness. Super friendly and helpful. He definitely needs to be recognized by management. Thanks a lot Gage! Oh and Robert was pretty cool too coming over to distract Gage. lol

I love that Love's travel shops have dog parks. It is a great way for my dog to stretch his legs and stimulate his brain on the long 12 hour trip from Canada to Missouri. The bathrooms are also clean.

I absolutely love this place, not only is the staff friendly and very helpful, but it's a great place just before the border to bed down and have a good sleep. If you're going in during the week, be sure to ask for Anna, she is amazing and so helpful!

Clean showers, clean store, clean parking lot, & a nice staff. I never thought I'd publicly share my opinion on a wash cloth but the ones they provide are magical. If you're headed North out of Detroit this place seems like Heaven when you pull in.

Nice rest stop, what you would expect from a Love's. Disability/wheelchair accessible establishment, with clean & large restrooms (door free entry for Men's restroom). Great pit stop for furbabies too; clean, lots of grassy areas, and lots of trash cans!

What a rude and unprofessional lady at customer service.
She intentionally wasted my 50 mins just to get one Email print out.
I was not aware that they just accept GMAIL printouts.
She did not helped me because i was sending through outlook several times, meanwhile she was laughing.
Finally i sent through gmail and then she joked( ohh……. You got it its Gmail).
She was not satisfied even after wasting this much time, she left to clean shower without charging me.
I went to the other side and paid for it.
Other lady (Denice) was kind, but this
Lady ( without name tag ) was sick.
