About Manheim Detroit
Manheim Detroit is a large auction facility where customers can purchase vehicles. While the place is spacious, navigating it can be challenging, but a GPS map is provided to help locate cars more easily. Some customers have noted long wait times, such as 2.5 hours to pick up a truck, and the delay in receiving titles, which can take 1 to 2 weeks. Customer service experiences vary; most staff are friendly and helpful, though there have been reports of rudeness from at least one employee. Despite some minor issues, many customers appreciate the efficiency of the auction process and the assistance offered, especially when navigating the large premises.

Let's be honest no one likes going down there to get their own car. But the signs are helpfull. If you get lost people help you. I don't know about the auctions. But, they got me in and out with the right documents in 5 minutes.
