“I have never had a better pharmacist in my life. Phenomenal customer service and he has gone completely above and beyond and out of his way to take care of things. That type of personalized service is non existent now. I don’t live near this pharmacy, I’m about thirty minutes away and probably pass hundreds if not thousands of pharmacies on my way to go to this specific pharmacist and it’s worth every bit of the drive. I would absolutely without a doubt recommend this amazing pharmacist! Just a side tip also, the doctors office that is in the same building is amazing as well. The whole building has incredible people working there. I am a patient of that doctor as well as the pharmacy and have had such an amazing experience. 100 out of 10 recommend!!!!!”

“This pharmacy and its pharmacists have taken such good care of me that I have to share this. About 10 years ago when the opioid epidemic had pharmacists too scared to prescribe narcotics, I agitated a bulging disk and ended up in agony. No one would risk filling the script! Nowhere! I walked in to Menard, talked to the pharmacist and he told me, "If your doctor is legit, you will NEVER have a problem with me." And he kept his word. I NEVER HAD AN ISSUE.Since then, I moved too far away to stay with him. But today 3-28-24 I needed glucose strips for a no code monitor and couldn't find any pharmacy inside 20 miles that carried them. I Called Menard...OF COURSE they had what I needed! Same pharmacist, same building. It is a shame he didn't remember me because I NEVER forgot him. If you like being treated with real human decency, you owe it to your self to try this pharmacy. I'd send my own mother there. If it wasn't 40 miles away now, I never would have left.”

“Prices seem to be higher than Meijer but occasionally sale prices are the best in the county. They are always kind to me. I use a mobility scooter because I have muscular dystrophy. They are also as helpful as possible to old people with Alzheimer's disease. It is always very clean. They sell gas but it is over priced. They often have bargains on seasonal items they place outdoors to lure you inside. The employees seem to have a lot of integrity and ask if they can help handicapped people. Kroger is a preferred pharmacy with some of the big insurance companies so you will get better prices than elsewhere if Kroger is on the preferred list”

“I grabbed what I came for and some other items. The digital coupons actually work for me rather easily today. Usually when I go in here it's a challenge and I don't get why coupons can't just come off for less tech savvy people. Great deal on pies and bacon!”

“I am supremely impressed with the pharmacist and staff at this location in Flat Rock, MI. I entered at opening time with a Rx having just been sent from an Urgent Care facility for an antibiotic. Tiffany, the reception staff, immediately assisted and told me it would be about a 20 min wait. Separately, I asked about Zepbound, which I have on file with Express Scripts. They make me call each time they ‘expect’ to receive a shipment, but they had suggested that I could check with local pharmacies to see if it was available and they could transfer the Rx. I wad told by the pharmacist at this CVS about how hard it is to get (I know), and once they received it I would go on the list and it would be filled when they had it. My ears perked up at the potential for me not having to call each time, but it initially sounded like it would still be hard so I sat to wait for my antibiotics and called Express Scripts because today was the day they ‘expected to have some’. During the call Hanan, the Pharmacist, checked her cooler and noticed she had a box of 7.5 which I needed. She did not have to do that. She took the initiative to help me knowing how difficult it is to get. She confirmed with her other staff that it was not assigned to another customer already, and offered it to me. She then called Express Scripts on my behalf to transfer the Rx. She was put on hold more than once, but still persevered to make sure the transfer was made correctly. (While on hold she was asked by another customer about a similar drug, which the man had no Rx for, but was trying to get a price on coverage. She handled his questions with professionalism and concern, even though he was dissatisfied with the answers and was a little testy. But with these drugs, trying to get them, it’s easy for all of us to get testy.) Finally the transfer was made and the Rx ready for me and the price was $100 for a single box. I only pay $25 for 3 months from ES, but I understand local pick up is more, but that much?? Hanan said, wait a minute, let me see what I can do. She went over and above to look up a discount for me which brought the total to $25. In the meantime, Tiffany let me know that my antibiotic was ready, and it was $38. I raised my eyebrows again. My coverage seemed better than that. She offered to check again. Apparently the card in the system was outdated, and her new research got me to $1.60. These two employees worked very hard to take care of me, while sick, to get me the best price, also while handling at least 6 other customers. They were polite, professional, and, frankly, awesome. I appreciate this experience, and will definitely recommend this CVS to family in the area. I don’t live here now, I’m visiting family. But I bought a house in Monroe, 25 minutes away. I’ll probably still come up here to fill prescriptions when needed once I do move into the house in Monroe! Thank you, Hanan and Tiffany.”
“Been here many times, helpful staff, pharmacy helps a lot with questions you may have.4 stars cause if there’s a power outage in the area they’ll probably be closed for a few days. Nothings perfect, but if you have a script or shipment delivered here it can be really inconvenient.”
