I had a dead battery in single digit weather. I called Porters Towing for battery jump start service. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. In less than hour they had a guy there and had my car running again. Would recommend them.

My daughter was stranded yesterday in the middle of a busy school thoroughfare. I called Porter’s Towing and they were there to the rescue in a very short time! Friendly and accommodating service from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone!

They can within 30 minutes of my call. The gentleman that helped us made sure that the damage to our car did not become worse. He even provided a ride for us back home.

Roy and his assistant Will are fantastic recovery experts. They were extremely, quick getting to me, extremely knowledgeable and can get the job done. I had a machine 150 ft off road and behind a fence buried deep in a retention pond.and Roy worked his magic several times with the cables getting the machine out from its watery, slop mud hole.
I highly recommend Porter’s towing.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. From the moment I called, the dispatcher was polite and reassuring, and the driver arrived quicker than I expected. They handled everything with professionalism, care, and a great attitude. My vehicle was serviced safely, and the whole process felt stress-free. It’s not often you come across service that’s both efficient and friendly, but they delivered on both. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of towing — truly top-notch service!

I can’t remember the name of the guy (fella with a couple daughters, 25 years of experience) who towed me but he was amazing, experienced, and professional. Picked me up off the side of the highway outside Detroit within a half hour, got me across state into Toledo. I screwed up and gave the wrong address and he towed me to the right spot no charge.
I rode with him and he was polite. Once we got there, he even popped the hood and pointed out what the core problem was which helped us from getting screwed at the service repair center (serpentine belt broke).
Pretty expensive but considering the circumstances with it.

Simply the best service I could’ve asked for!
My semi tractor and trailer recently broke down in a very awkward location and situation.
Called Porter, and they were there as soon as possible!
The driver went above and beyond to hook up my rig securely before getting it on the road and to the towing destination for repair!
Very professional, and state of the art equipment!
Couldn’t have asked for more will definitely use them again, and refer them to my colleagues!
