“Very impressed with the above and beyond service provided. Tammy was at the counter moments before closing on May 29,2019. I needed to send an urgent overnight document to Great Lakes Nat'l Cemetery and she made sure it was on the truck to go out immediately. She could of told me it will go out tomorrow but she went the extra mile to help me. I am very appreciative and send her a huge Thank You.”

“Maybee post office is wonderful! I was out of town when I received an international package. They were very kind to keep the package for me until I was able to pick it up--normally I believe after a certain amount of time they no longer hold it and ship it back. So happy they kept it for me! I also wanted to make sure our wedding invitations were the appropriate size and whether they required one or two stamps. They were more than happy to take the extra time to complete the measurements. Thanks, Maybee!! :)”

“Had to go into the post office today because of an issue with a package of my sons' that was being returned back to him due to an issue with the address. The lady at the counter, whose name is Lisa, was very polite, and understanding and went thru everything with us on how and when the package would be returned. She also let us know that we didn't have to pay anything, like we thought, and that she would be checking the tracking number for us tomorrow. She definitely went above and beyond to help us, and we couldn't thank her more. We left there today feeling much better than when we went in, and will definitely be visiting there again in the future.”

“The other places wouldn't take walk ins. They kept blaming it on COVID and short staff. But clearly the Gov website and US post office said walk-ins are welcomed and the app wouldnt let us book the appointment the day or night before.
Grace, mercy, patience and favor was with us when we called this place... They went above and beyond to help us Apply for our passport & photo. Thankyou so much....
