I’m tired of the weekenders throwing attempted delivery tags in my box without even trying to get a signature. I was literally standing in the front yard, waiting for the package that was running late, again, he never came in the driveway. Just chucked a letter in the box telling me I wasn’t there to sign and could wait two more days before I could pick it up. I seriously beg people to ship any other way but them. Very disappointed.

The other places wouldn't take walk ins. They kept blaming it on COVID and short staff. But clearly the Gov website and US post office said walk-ins are welcomed and the app wouldnt let us book the appointment the day or night before.
Grace, mercy, patience and favor was with us when we called this place... They went above and beyond to help us Apply for our passport & photo. Thankyou so much....

I want to be clear this review is not a criticism of any of the workers there, they are friendly and work very hard dealing with all the new responsibilities being put on them.The problem is the PO decided to start letting people get passports at the branches. This was a horrible idea and should be reversed immediately. Every time I go in there the line is out the door due to some family in there getting passports, I've waited my entire lunch break at times and still the process wasn't finished and I was forced to leave without getting my forms mailed or package picked up.I'm also surprised at the rudeness and complete lack of consideration shown by these families who come there instead of going somewhere else to get their passports. I truly hope more people complain and this policy is reversed.

No one comes to phone. The mail person is either blind or d**** They put pkg in separate box and left a broken key to open said box. My PKG is stuck in mailbox with a broken key...like I said blind and d**** Someone needs to learn how to deliver mail probably. I get everyone's mail and I'm sure someone else is getting mine.UPDATE: Well the postal person did come out and fix the lock. However it took my package with it. Not only d*** but stealing my PKG????

Worst usps I’ve lived by for package delivery. There’s been multiple times in recent months (6+ times) my packages have been lost by them and delivered to the wrong address. I’ve gotten other peoples packages multiple times and had my packages delivered to the wrong address. Not even just during the holiday months but even several months ago this has happened. Someone needs to be fired because this is getting ridiculous. I’m so sick of having to contact places I’ve ordered from because their last mile delivery doesn’t know what they’re doing. Just today alone I had 3 separate packages get delivered to the wrong address and received 2 packages for someone else.

The people who work inside are very kind and helpful, only reason why I’m giving any stars. However, I drop my package off in the box at 11am and it doesn’t get scanned in until the next day (last time it was 2 weekdays!) even though pickup “says” 1pm and 4pm. It’s making me look bad to my customers because I provide 1-2 day processing and it looks like 4 days because things aren’t being scanned in when they say they will be!

This is a review of staff themselves, NOT the post office policies etc. That is another story.I have always received wonderful, speedy service from my regular mail lady and from Bennet at the office. He is ALWAYS quick, polite, and in a pleasant mood. Good examples of how to take your customer service seriously. Obviously, they can't change prices or policy, but they do their best to make customers happy

I was here last month for my daughter's passport needs and a tall gentleman took care of me in less than 5 minutes asking me only one question. Today I came back to do a passport for my son and the old lady working there was very slow, she asked me far too many questions and made a bunch of mistakes. It took her twenty minutes for everything. I left and fifteen minutes later I received a call that I signed in the wrong spot and had to come back. "I signed where I was directed to". PS: the employee Benneth is always very nice.
