Well my husband had hot flame for 27 years they are the worst to work with needed propane offered to pay almost half and pay the other half with my debit card 2 weeks later they wouldn't even consider there are better propane companies in the area WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Hotflame has always been responsive to our needs. When we use our cabin more than expected in the winter and run our tank lower than expected, Hotflame gets a truck out for delivery immediately. Customer service people have been very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our price for propane has been competitive as other companies and have verified this by talking with our neighbors with other gas companies. Five stars from us!

Ok let's see now hear in America it's ok for companies to violate our human rights laws it's ok . Well no it's not . I tried to get my propane tank filled and could not due to a supposed bank error. No no no , called to confirm that the funds were available and there was sufficient funds in my account and a cap of seven hundred, so there is not an issue with that . Well your staff in Carney Michigan , can use some customers service training. I was given the run around due to bank issues that simply were not there . I feel as though I was discriminated against due to my surname no doubt.pick up your tank and get it off my property.

Consistently more expensive than competing propane companies. If you fill up your tank be prepared to have to pay it off within two months or they will make you pay for delivery. Not very feasible with their higher prices.

i am a hot flame customer and they have been at least 1.00 a gallon or more than everyone else this winter and when i asked them why they just said "thats the price" they have me by the short hairs because i can not change companys in the middle of the winter and they know it.
