Hard to say until I get the answers I need. To early I guess. But if you want to know how It was handled so far. All good. Now we will see what takes place from the reps. I need costs for the service I am a seasonal cabin and may try a switch.

Down too much! Weak signal. Resetting router constantly. Wouldn’t have this company if I had other choices. Right now no other choices. As soon as I do have other choices I’m out. This last 12 hour outage was too much!!!!

Quite possibly the worst customer service we have ever experienced! We have been trying since May, 2022 to get phone and internet service. Our neighbor has Michigan Broadband service, but they can't seem to figure out how to get it to our place. I have been told that they would get back to me, that they were having a contractor out to get an estimate, etc, even spoke with the manager who assured me that we would have an answer last fall. Month after month I seem to be the one having to follow up. Tired of the apologies and especially the excuse that they are "so busy". It's actually been very insulting.

Just started 2 weeks ago. I guess there is an outage, but I wouldn't know because nobody is answering the phone or the chat. This is not a good way to start Y'all.

Just good old plain customer service, where someone answers the phone on the first ring, no ridiculously long prompts, great streaming too!! I’m so far back in the woods, I’m still in awe that Michigan Broadband provides me with great phone and internet service!!

Operator was nice, but they have no updated services and my internet doesn't work half the time. No hope given, just sorry nothing faster planned. They have the monopoly on the UP and do nothing to enhance internet.

This service sounds great and I am definitely awaiting the speed increase. However, I have been waiting for over 3 months now for them to install the line and get me connected. They came and ran a line to my house a month ago but haven't heard from them since. In the time I have been waiting I have Starlink and it works all the time with speeds from 200 - 500 mbps which is much faster than Spectrum ever gave me. Once I get Michigan Broadband if anyone is interested in Starlink and you are in the boonies or very rural. Contact me as I will sell my Starlink for a big discount as I should not need it. Starlink is currently $110 a month but it is worth it if you are in an area devoid of fast high speed internet.
