I walked into ATT after years with another local carrier that had more issues than it did perks. Jacob (manager) and staff were extremely patient with me the entire time. I was able to secure a great phone with excellent coverage but not before many problems with my former carrier. Alas, I walked out with a great phone and excellent rate (senior citizen here) with great coverage! At my age, I don’t have time for non-sensical. Kudos and BIG thanks to ATT and a most excellent staff!
