“Took our vehicle to have work done. They found out it was under warranty. They called and offered to do the work but could not under warranty. We opted to get it done at a dealership for warranty but really appreciate their honesty and work checking into the warranty for us. We will definitely use them if we need work done on our other vehicles or non-warranty work done.”

“they have a policy of firstcome first serve but can not give you a window of time. I spent 2 hours waiting still had not got in and then the office girl started lecturing me on its always been this way. Untrue I was there 3 or 4 years ago and had an appointment like at 2 and was in by 2 and was in by 2:30. My time is as imp as theres, they don't need my money and I don't need their work. In my opionion very unprofessional.”

I had a screw in my tire and they swapped it out with my spare in 5 minutes since they could not fix it and I was on my way a hundred miles from home.. A life saver thank you to those guys working on Saturday afternoon for putting the customer first. I hope the store manager will recognize them for the customer good will that they promoted. As a Walmart stock holder I was very impressed at the professionalism that they exhibited handling my situation.
