“Took our vehicle to have work done. They found out it was under warranty. They called and offered to do the work but could not under warranty. We opted to get it done at a dealership for warranty but really appreciate their honesty and work checking into the warranty for us. We will definitely use them if we need work done on our other vehicles or non-warranty work done.”

“I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze, work beater, it threw the code for the knock sensor and was lagging hard core when I’d go to take off and idled very rough when I’d come to a stop light. I was working out of town, took it to a shop, told the guy the code it was throwing, he checked it out and told me the code it was throwing and that I’d need a new motor. Came back to Michigan, and my wife was going to use the car for a bit while I got things moved around, so I called around, got ahold of a different shop in Caro he was busy and referred me to Eric at S.E.R. Auto Care. I called and set the appointment up, let him know that I was only in town for 5 days, he had it fixed and back to me in 4, told me of a couple other issues that could show themselves, but was aware that I was on a time crunch and not wanting to dump money into the car. Fast forward 1 whole week, the other issue he had told me about reared its ugly head. Car starts running rough again, so we called and left a voicemail since it was a weekend. He called back 15 minutes after he opened next, I let him know that I had to leave town that night. He got the car in and fixed in a day with time to spare. The level of professionalism from this shop is unparalleled, seriously I will NEVER take my car to another shop so long as their doors are open. The cherry on top of all of this was the price, all said and done I was expecting dollar sign after dollar sign, I was absolutely floored at how low the bill was compared to what I was expecting. If you’re looking for a shop to take you vehicle to look no further, this man is a mechanical wizard, and I promise that disappointed is the farthest thing from what you will be after working with the astonishing guys at S.E.R. Auto Care!!!!”

I had a screw in my tire and they swapped it out with my spare in 5 minutes since they could not fix it and I was on my way a hundred miles from home.. A life saver thank you to those guys working on Saturday afternoon for putting the customer first. I hope the store manager will recognize them for the customer good will that they promoted. Second, I showed up for my appointment to get new tires right at 8:00 a.m. and they got me right in and had me on my way quickly.
