The Service Department is the worst! We have no faith that they even do anything. Our vehicle was there all day with alert after alert (oil change, brake pads, engine air filter). They say the vehicle is fine with no alerts (!!!???). When we try to get answers, the service reps shake their heads, look down and walk away. We ask the Manager to come out and start up our vehicle and tell us that all is fine. Manager agrees that we have alerts, but he needs to believe his technician never saw them. What??? We checked the oil, and, sure enough, it is dangerously low. This is all very weird especially considering we just had the oil changed at this service department a few months ago. Our vehicle goes through an 'update', and all of a sudden we have alert after alert. We go in for help, unsure if what's being displayed is actually correct. Nothing was checked other than just checking for codes. Never going back.
Update: It's been just a few days, and I have already been able to talk to the owner, Ryan Wasik. He listened. He understood where I am coming from and I am so appreciative of that. Had a great conversation and, while I am taking my vehicle elsewhere to get re-checked out, I know I can fall back on him if this next place doesn't pan out. Thank you, Ryan!

We decided to lease a truck from here. They were supposed to put a bedliner in it and we were just informed that they will not be putting a bedliner in it đ So needless to say, we will never be returning here to lease another vehicle, buy another vehicle and I will steer away anybody I know that is looking for a new vehicle, not to use this dealership. Donât make promises you canât keep.

The service department worked to address my mechanical issues with my GMC Sierra and helped with the claim under the vehicle service contract. Service Advisor, David, took care of all the legwork. Special thanks to Business manager, Ryan Rahn for going the extra mile, from sales, to financing to service to ensure customer satisfaction throughout our Bell-Wasik experience.

Huge! Shoutout to the man Trey Holder for going above and beyond to get me in a vehicle when I needed it most! This man did the best job, took care of me when no other dealer, or bank would, due to my credit. Heâs professional, courteous, and loves giving toys and balloons to children to make their stay(and the parents) lol easier. Iâm a customer for life. Thanks Trey!

Potential buyers beware! They accepted an offer I made on a pickup truck. I agreed to send a wire that same day. The sales person emailed me the wire information. A few hours later, I arrived at the bank, only to receive a text from the sales person that they sold the truck. Terrible way to do business. They only reinforce the stigma of âshady car salesmanâ.

Hate that I have to leave this, but my parents helped me out and bought a 2009 jeep liberty from Bell Wasik last year when my old car was out of commission. We got every insurance offered on the vehicle just in case. I brought it in for an oil leak, rear differential leak, and a few other things. They call telling my father that only a few issues are covered by insurance and we would have to pay over $1000 for the other issues. We spoke with the insurance company before moving forward and were told everything we listed was covered and should be repaired under warranty. After 8 WEEKS with the loaner vehicle they're saying they are still waiting on parts and need the loaner back. I'm beyond annoyed and frustrated with the poor professionalism of this dealership. Do not come here!

We went into Bell Wasik on Oct 18 with no hopes in actually buying a vehicle. My husband and I have been let down at other dealerships before. However, after talking to Janel for a couple of days she convinced me to come in and see what they could do. We visited with one vehicle in mind but before test driving we were shown another 3rd row on the lot that people didn't realize had a 3rd row. After driving the car we came to drive we decided it was a little bit too cramped for our family of five. We decided to drive the other vehicle and fell in love. After the help of Sean D. and Brian O., we walked out with a beautiful new (to us) vehicle and at a price that was way lower we thought we would be paying. They went above and beyond, on a Saturday, to help us and make sure we knew all of our options. I love the new vehicle for our family. Hats off to them and Janel and hats off to Bell Wasik! I will always recommend them and continue to use them in the future.

Ed and Brian went above and beyond to work with us and make sure we had a great experience. My husband works 3rd shift and I work during the day. They made it so convenient by allowing us to complete almost everything via text. All we had to do was go in and sign. We will be going back when we are ready for vehicle #2 . Thanks Ed & Brain!

I came from Traverse City to Bell Wasik because they had the truck I wanted at a good price. The experience ended up being the best morning of car buying Iâve ever had. Sean D. and Ryan were exceptionally kind, straight forward and helpful. The whole process was professional, relaxed and welcoming.
