Asked for a low taper fade 1 going into a 2 and shaved all the sides of my head at a 2 or 3 and just shaved around my ears in a 1 I do not plan on going back

Very nice people..with that being said. My hair was longer, took in a picture and asked if the style in the picture was possible, she said yes, which I figured it would be. Well I asked for a long pixie cut,( which is what the picture was) what I got was nothing even close to it. Looks like a hat will be worn until this mess grows out. Waited over two years to cut my hair and I end up in tears
