We were vacationing in the area when our vehicle started acting up. The young mechanic test drove and spent over an hour diagnosing the problem, fixed it for no charge and got us on our way. Thank you, Brenda! We appreciate the friendly and exceptional service!

Took on a suspension job for me where I sourced my specialty parts for them. (My cars tiny and foreign , 2008 smart car) not only did they fix and align it but we’re not scared by a tiny foreign car like some shops

Rude - wait time excessive - undermining - took my project to my own shop eventho I was under the weather got it done fast then I waited in there lobby. While waiting, multiple vehicles couldn't be fixed and told to try another shop. Diagnostic software they don't have or can't get parts.

Great experience. They ordered needed exhaust parts, they came in, and they did a damn fine job. Everyone from the receptionist to the mechanics were polite and professional.

Went in for them to fix my oil leak, they looked over my car and ended up fixing rack n pinion transmission lines and outer tie rods and my oil pressure switch which was the thing that was supposedly making my car leak. I gave them the okay to do it ended up coming up to 996.78 and the women at the front desk said “ now the only thing that you should be coming back for is an oil change”. Few days pass my car is still leaking oil they said it’s probably from the old oil dripping off, Waited a week it was still leaking oil. They checked it over said the same thing about another week pass still leaking oil. They checked it over and turns out it is the oil pan gasket not the oil pressure switch and said it would be another thousand dollars to fix. Not sure how it happened but came in to get my car to stop leaking now still stuck with an car leaking oil never got the problem fixed 👍 felt like I got scammed 😀could of been a mistake? And they thought it was actually the pressure switch but pretty expensive mistake.They didn’t even fill my tires with air I had to ask even tho you could see that they were going flat (cause of winter) moral of the story go somewhere else for your car problems 👍

The guys at this Muffler man location are Amazing especially Chris who went above & beyond to help my Husband & I out when we had exhaust problems on our motorhome while we were out camping!! I highly recommend them!!
