Thumb Auto Wash is a self-serve car wash with friendly and helpful staff. The wash itself is effective at removing road film that touchless washes cannot. However, the experience has several consistent issues. Equipment often does not work properly, including spotless rinse functions, blowers, tire shine and engine degreaser applicators, soap dispensers, and vacuums. Coin and change machines, as well as the towel vending machine, are frequently out of order or take money without working. While the basic wash is considered good and the vacuum runtime is adequate, customers report problems with soap being left on vehicles and brushes not being used or needing replacement. The business has potential but needs to fix its equipment problems.
I enjoy the drive thru car wash and never had any problems with it.

Went to wash my truck and it ate my money 🤬couldn't find someone to talk to and the number listed online is disconnected should probably update your information.....

At least it gets the road film off that the touchless car washes can't get. Too bad they're spotless rinse doesn't work. Especially for over $15.
