Super disappointed in the employee they have working there. He's extremely rude and very slow. I went in when it opened and they guy didn't have the door unlocked. He then stayed on the phone till ten after. When he finished his call he slowly walked around and said what do you want? He then proceeded to tell me that nothing was ready yet so it'll be another hour.
Really ticked me off with his lack of professionalism. It's a home town post office. Total disappointment.

Lost a certified letter and have zero customer support to find it or help with a refund for the failed service. They deserve to go out of business.
