We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Casco Rent All!! They were super helpful and accommodating, working with our scheduling needs, as we battled the rainy forecast and coordinated with the Amish crew. The equipment is well maintained. It arrived to our job site early and was picked up with ease. I highly recommend anybody looking for equipment to check with this local Richmond business!

I've rented here a few times and it's always a pleasure, the equipment is newer and well maintained. I recently rented a man lift, and it had an issue with the pedal . They sent a man right out to fix it on the spot within 20 minutes. Who does that these days? What great customer service. And the office staff are always a pleasure to work with. And an extremely clean location, for a contractor that's not an everyday occurrence when dealing with rental places. It even smells good. LoL, keep up the good work, folks. Lifetime customer.

I have rented equipment twice from this place the first time they charged a deposit on my debit card instead of my credit card, which created havoc, this time they charge me seven dollars for fuel when I didn’t even run the piece of equipment, these people are crooks

Amazing service and timely delivery so I could get started in my projects while the weather was nice enough to do so. Machine was perfectly prepped and ready to go to work. Joy was a pleasure to deal with and kept it simple. I will definitely be using them for future projects.

I rented from here a few times this summer and everything went great. People were great and equipment was in excellent shape. Prices were the best I could find. I even ended up purchasing a trailer from them. Highly recommended.
